工作職責(zé)：
Job?Responsibilities:
1、參與項(xiàng)目的需求分析，參與項(xiàng)目的架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、模塊設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)。
Participate?in?project?analysis,?project?architecture?design,?module?design?and?development.
2、根據(jù)開發(fā)進(jìn)度和任務(wù)分配，制定詳細(xì)的開發(fā)計(jì)劃,完成軟件的設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)、編程工作。
According?to?the?development?schedule?and?task?allocation,?make?detailed?development?plans,?complete?the?software?design,?development?and?programming.
3、承擔(dān)系統(tǒng)核心功能開發(fā)，負(fù)責(zé)技術(shù)問題攻關(guān)、系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化，協(xié)助解決項(xiàng)目開發(fā)過程中的技術(shù)難題。
Undertake?the?core?function?development?of?the?system,?be?responsible?for?technical?problem?solving,?system?optimization,?and?help?to?solve?the?technical?problems?in?the?process?of?project?development.
4、遵守項(xiàng)目、部門、小組制定的各種研發(fā)規(guī)范，保證研發(fā)過程的持續(xù)改進(jìn)。
Comply?with?all?kinds?of?R&D?standards?set?by?project,?department?and?group?to?ensure?continuous?improvement?of?R&D?process
5、能理解產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)文檔，并有效參與評(píng)審；能編寫相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)文檔，并完成高質(zhì)量的代碼實(shí)現(xiàn)和單元測(cè)試。
Able?to?understand?product?design?documents?and?effectively?participate?in?reviews,?prepare?relevant?design?documents,?and?implement?high?quality?code?implementation?and?unit?testing.
6、對(duì)所負(fù)責(zé)的模塊有維護(hù)責(zé)任，及時(shí)解決出現(xiàn)的問題，并能解答、解決項(xiàng)目運(yùn)營(yíng)人員提出的問題。
Responsible?for?related?module?maintenance,?solve?problems?in?time,?able?to?answer?and?solve?the?problems?raised?by?project?operators.
任職要求：
Requirements:
1、本科學(xué)歷以上，計(jì)算機(jī)及相關(guān)專業(yè)，Java基礎(chǔ)扎實(shí)，注重代碼編寫規(guī)范和結(jié)構(gòu)；
Bachelor?degree?and?above?in?Computer?Technology?or?related,?with?excellent?Java?skills,?focus?on?coding?standard?and?structure.
2、3年或以上java開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
At?least?3?years?of?Java?design?and?development?experiment.
3、專業(yè)技能：
Professional?skills:
1）精通Web?MVC框架，熟悉JSP/Servlet、JavaScript、Ajax、JQuery、XML等WEB技術(shù)；
Proficient?in?Web?MVC?framework,?familiar?with?JSP/Servlet,?JavaScript,?Ajax,?JQuery,?XML?and?other?WEB?technologie.
2）精通spring、springMVC、mybatis、hibernat、Redis等主流開源框架應(yīng)用技術(shù)；
Proficient?in?mainstream?open-source?framework?application?technology?such?as?spring、springMVC、mybatis、hibernat、Redis,?etc..
3）熟悉MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫，能寫出高效的SQL3及優(yōu)化數(shù)據(jù)庫，有大數(shù)據(jù)處理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉NoSQL技術(shù)；

4）熟悉大規(guī)模Web應(yīng)用開發(fā)，有一定的高并發(fā)、高性能的分布式系統(tǒng)性能調(diào)優(yōu)和系統(tǒng)安全的實(shí)踐及相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
Familiar?with?large-scale?Web?application?development.?Practices?and?relevant?experience?in?high?level?of?concurrency?and?high?performance?in?distributed?systems,?performance?tuning?and?system?security?will?be?preferred.
4、大學(xué)英語四級(jí)，有良好的中英溝通表達(dá)能力。
