工作職責：
Job?Responsibilities:
1、負責公司智慧能源項目全過程成本目標策劃，項目可研階段的成本估算和定位階段的成本測算、經(jīng)濟評價等相關(guān)工作。
Responsible?for?whole?process?cost?planning?of?Smart-energy?project,?cost?estimating?in?the?feasibility?study?stage,?cost?estimation/economic?evaluation?or?related?in?the?positioning?stage.
2、負責項目預算和成本分解，負責估算、概算、預算和項目成本測算等工作。
Responsible?for?project?budget?and?cost?breakdown,?such?as?project?estimate,?project?cost?budget,?project?cost?evaluation,?etc.
3、編制項目目標成本指導書，參與編制招、投標文件，具體辦理招、投標及合同簽署工作中與工程造價相關(guān)的工作。
Compile?the?project?cost?instruction,?participate?in?preparation?of?tendering?and?bidding?documents,?handle?cost-related?work?in?bidding,?tendering?and?contract?signing.
4、負責成本動態(tài)控制，編制各階段成本分析報告，及時提出成本預警并提出控制建議，及時將成本異常情況向公司匯報。

5、進行成本分析和后評估，編制后評估報告。

6、制定項目管理流程、規(guī)范和制度。

任職要求：
Requirements:
1、碩士學歷以上，所修技術(shù)經(jīng)濟、工程經(jīng)濟、工程造價等相關(guān)專業(yè)，具備智慧能源、微網(wǎng)、暖通空調(diào)、水力平衡、儲能等專業(yè)知識；
Master?degree?and?above?in?Technical?Economy,?Engineering?Economy,?engineering?cost,?or?relevant?science?degree.?Strong?background?in?Smart-grid,?Micro-grid,?Thermodynamic?and?HVAC,?Hydraulic?Equilibrium,?Energy?storage,?etc.
2、3年以上相關(guān)經(jīng)驗，熟悉經(jīng)濟評價、財務(wù)管理、工程概預算等相關(guān)知識；熟悉概預算定額及相關(guān)軟件和辦公軟件，熟練掌握日常辦公軟件；
3?years?and?above?working?experience,?familiarity?with?Economic?Evaluation,?Financial?Management,?Project?Budget,?etc.?IT?skill?is?required?such?as?Budget?or?related?software,?OFFICE,?etc.
3、具備EXCEL高級應(yīng)用能力；具有造價師、技術(shù)經(jīng)濟職業(yè)資格證書；
Excellent?EXCEL?skills?is?necessary.?Quantity?Surveyor,?Technical?and?economical?vocational?qualification?certificate?will?be?preferred.
4、善于溝通，有較強的判斷與分析能力及良好的組織策劃能力。
