建立完整的人力資源管理體系(人員規(guī)劃、招聘、發(fā)展、培訓、解聘)和符合當?shù)貤l件的獎懲工資制度
-Responsible?for?the?negotiation?with?the?labour/staff?representative
負責同員工代表進行溝通和協(xié)商
-Assist?in?answering?questions?regarding?working?safety??working?medical?care
協(xié)助解答工作安全及職工醫(yī)療待遇方面的問題
-Manage??coordinate?insurance?affairs
負責管理并協(xié)調(diào)保險事宜
-Act?as?representative?of?the?company??be?responsible?for?company?interest?in?communication?with?local?authorities??other?institutions
代表公司與當?shù)赜嘘P部門及機構溝通,維護公司利益
-Entrusted?to?protect?the?company?data
保護公司信息
-Establish,?organize??manage?the?social?services?of?the?company,?such?as?Canteen,?dormitories??shuttle?bus
建立、組織并管理公司的福利設施,如:餐廳、宿舍和班車
Qualifications?&?Requirements任職要求:
-Age?35-45,?Bachelor?degree?or?above,?majored?in?HR,?Management?or?the?relevant
年齡35-45歲,人力資源、管理或其它相關專業(yè)本科(或以上)學歷
-At?least?10?years’?experience?of?HR?with?leading?function,?in?an?international?Company?with?more?than?200?employees?preferred
10年以上人力資源管理經(jīng)驗,有大型跨國企業(yè)(200人以上)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
-Good?comm?of?both?written?&?spoken?English
熟練的英語口語及書面表達
-Be?familiar?with?all?kinds?of?regulations??policies?regarding?labor??social?security?in?China
熟悉國家及地區(qū)各種勞動及社保法律法規(guī)
