I?am?responsible?to?execute?the?store?recovery?&?quality?processes?to?prevent?the?goods?getting?damaged?and?recycling?the?damaged?goods.
YOUR?ASSIGNMENT?Your?tasks?will?include:
? I?contribute?actively?in?the?development?and?implementation?of?a?clear?Recovery?action?plan?for?the?store.?I?strive?to?minimise?the?financial?loss?of?damaged?goods?and?try?to?maximise?the?financial?recovery.
? Manage?the?AS?IS?shop?and?secure?a?high?commercial?level?to?reach?the?sales?goals.
? Manage?the?quality?work?in?the?store?and?raise?awareness?for?value?&?quality?of?IKEA?products?throughout?the?store.
? Lead?by?example,?support?and?coach?my?co-workers?on?the?job,?to?secure?them?perform?their?roles?effectively?and?grow?professionally.
