We?are?looking?to?bring?an?experienced?and?passionate?agency?business?development?lead?to?the?Beijing?team?with?a?deep?understanding?of?the?online/mobile?advertising?industry.?You?will?have?excellent?relationships?with?relevant?people?at?brand?agencies?and?clients.?You?will?be?responsible?for?developing?mutually?successful?business?relationships?with?them,?representing?Aarki.?This?is?a?senior?role?and?you?will?be?responsible?for?building?our?China?strategy?and?scale?the?China?team.
Responsibilities
? Identify?and?develop?relationships?with?relevant?top?tier?media?buying?agencies?and?advertising?clients
? Create?persuasive?presentations?using?case?studies?to?close?sales?deals
? Support?the?sales?cycle?by?effectively?communicating?the?value?of?Aarki's?advertising?solutions
? Work?effectively?with?a?variety?of?internal?teams
? Develop?a?deep?understanding?of?our?eco-system?partners
? Effectively?report?on?territory?account?development?and?sales?progress?via?CRM
? Have?informed?opinions?on?our?internal?sales?strategy?and?channel?partner?feedback,?contributing?to?the?development?of?our?products?and?services
? Manage?agency?and?advertiser?relationships?to?quarterly?revenue?and?monetization?targets
? Drive?awareness?of?mobile?advertising?within?the?agency?and?advertising?community
Desired?Skills?&?Experience
? 1+?years?of?successful?sales?or?business?development?experience?to?brand?clients?and?agencies?with?consistent?overachievement
? Experience?defining?core?strategy?and?building?a?team
? Experience?successfully?selling?mobile?and/or?online?advertising?solutions?(CPM,?CPC,?etc.)
? Strong?relationships?at?all?levels?with?brand?agencies?and?advertising?clients
? Excellent?verbal?and?written?communication?skills?as?well?as?great?listening?skills
? Goal?oriented?personality,?committed?to?success?and?a?strong?work?ethic
? Must?be?comfortable?calling?on?all?levels?of?an?organization
? Extremely?detail?oriented,?comfortable?working?independently,?extremely?well?organized,?have?the?technical?aptitude?to?learn?new?technologies

? 1年以上面向品牌客戶和代理的成功銷(xiāo)售或商務(wù)開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，成績(jī)卓越
? 制定核心策略和搭建團(tuán)隊(duì)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)
? 成功銷(xiāo)售手機(jī)和/或網(wǎng)絡(luò)廣告方案的經(jīng)驗(yàn)（包括CPM，CPC等）
? 與品牌代理和廣告客戶各層面保有良好的合作關(guān)系
? 出色的口頭筆頭溝通能力和聆聽(tīng)技巧
