1) 與客戶保持密切聯(lián)系,確保質(zhì)量信息及時(shí)傳遞。Keep?good?relationship?with?customer,?ensure?quality?information?transfer?quickly?and?timely.
2) 協(xié)助UAP經(jīng)理、SQA經(jīng)理對(duì)客戶投訴按照佛吉亞QRCI流程在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)完成各節(jié)點(diǎn)內(nèi)容?Assistant?UAP?Manager、SQA?Manager?resolving?customer?complaint?using?Faurecia?QRCI?process?and?complete?all?the?actions?accordingly.
3) 負(fù)責(zé)控制計(jì)劃的更新和定期評(píng)審,確保與FEMA和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)控制文件一致?Review?and?update?Control?Plan?and?ensure?consistent?with?FEMA?and?on-site?documents.
4) 對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)落實(shí)的改進(jìn)措施定期巡查?Audit?the?implemented?improving?actions?in?each?process.
5) 確??蛻敉对V和改進(jìn)行動(dòng)及時(shí)更新到佛吉亞QSS系統(tǒng)?Ensure?customer?complaint?and?improving?actions?update?into?Faurecia?QSS?system.
6) 參與對(duì)供應(yīng)商過程審核?Participate?in?supplier?audit?process.
7) 負(fù)責(zé)與向客戶提交PPAP有關(guān)的事宜Have?responsibility?for?PPAP?submit?to?customer.
8) 負(fù)責(zé)管理設(shè)立在客戶處的質(zhì)量墻?Manage?the?Quality?Wall?in?customer?site.
9) 客戶審核的協(xié)調(diào)和后續(xù)改進(jìn)的跟蹤?Coordinate?customer?audit?and?track?the?improvement?actions.
10) 牽頭分析售后退回件的分析和行動(dòng)計(jì)劃以增加顧客滿意度并減少售后費(fèi)用?Lead?analysis?following?warranty?returns?in?order?to?increase?customer?satisfaction?and?reduce?warranty?cost.
