主管主動和定期的觀察班長和使用日工作表。并對GAP班長進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)—特別是現(xiàn)階段的關(guān)鍵績效。主管要求支持功能幫助他們完成對GAP班長的輔導(dǎo)The?Supervisor?actively?and?regularly?uses?observation?and?the?GL?Routine?to?help?in?the?observation?for?GAP?Leaders?–?especially?for?the?current?KPI.?The?supervisor?asks?support?function?help?to?train?the?GAP?Leader.

主管保證實(shí)現(xiàn)每小時生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)量的目標(biāo),系統(tǒng)的跟蹤生產(chǎn)和生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)量看板(***是以每個自然小時為單位)。保證班長采取必要行動,并保證行動的有效性Supervisor?ensures?accurate?hourly?targets?and?follows?up?production?and?Production?Volume?Dashboard.?Supervisor?ensures?GL?take?necessary?action?and?ensure?the?efficiency.
