崗位要求:
1.?1?year?working?experience?with?CS,?e-commerce?CS?experience?or?medical?care?related?experience?is?preferred,?with?fast?learning?ability.?
1.?一年以上客服經(jīng)驗(yàn),?有電商客服經(jīng)驗(yàn)或醫(yī)療護(hù)理相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)為優(yōu),具備快速學(xué)習(xí)能力;
2.?Proficent?in?Ms?office?and?chating?tool
2.?熟練操作Office辦公軟件及網(wǎng)絡(luò)聊天工具;
3.?Mandarin,?good?ability?in?expressing?and?communication
3.?普通話標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、口齒清晰,有較強(qiáng)的表達(dá)能力和溝通技巧;
4.?Be?kind?and?adaptivity,patient?and?strong?sence?of?service
