Regularly?achieve?the?repair?task?of?defective?HA?assigned?by?leader?or?supervisor.?Continuously?improve?the?repair?skills?and?insure?the?repair?quality;?Control?product?quantity?under?repair?and?ensure?the?delivery?cycle.
1．維修助聽器
定期完成線長或主管分配的助聽器維修任務(wù)。不斷提高維修技能，保證維修質(zhì)量;控制維修在制品，保證維修交貨周期
2.?Material?scrap?control
Improve?the?diagnostic?skills,?Carry?out?the?preventive?measures?to?reduce?product’s?scrap?rate,?Count?and?control?the?scrap?parts?for?repair?section.
2．報廢件控制
提高診斷技能，采取預(yù)防措施降低產(chǎn)品的報廢率,做好維修部門的報廢件的控制和統(tǒng)計工作
3.Feedback
Feedback?findings?during?repair?to?leaders?and?Technician?for?correction.
3.?信息反饋
向線長長和技術(shù)員反饋在維修過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題，以便采取糾正措施
4.Maintenance
Carry?out?usual?maintenance,?tidiness?and?equipment?debugging?in?production?department?and?fill?in?the?maintenance?records.
4.?日常維護(hù)
完成生產(chǎn)部門設(shè)備日常的維護(hù)，整理及調(diào)試工作并填寫維護(hù)記錄
5.Assist?the?product?trial
Assist?the?product?engineer?to?achieve?the?production?trial
5.?協(xié)助產(chǎn)品試驗
協(xié)助技術(shù)人員完成相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的實驗
6.5S
Obey?the?policy?and?rule?of?company,?and?keep?the?work?location?quiet?and?clean.

遵守公司的規(guī)章制度和保持工作場所的整潔、安靜
崗位要求：
1.High?school?or?above
1.?高中或以上學(xué)歷
2.Repair?experience?for?electronic?product?above?two?years
2.?二年以上電子產(chǎn)品維修經(jīng)驗
3.Having?experience?of?welding?under?microscope
3.?有顯微鏡下焊接工作的經(jīng)驗
4.?Day?shift?for?8hrs.
4.?常白班，8小時
