Responsibilities
Manage?the?day-to-day?working??relationship?between?Skyroam?and?current?retail?partners?in?APAC?including?Airlines,??Airlines?channel?partners?and?Airport?stores?but?also?general?retailers?-?via??email,?phone,?messaging?and?occasional?onsite?visits.
Identify?growth?and?expansion??opportunities?in?existing?and?new?relationships,?with?the?support?of?our?Head??of?Global?Retail
Recruit?new?partner?sales?leads??via?cold?calls,?networking,?emails,?trade?shows,?etc.
Provide?weekly?sales?forecasts??for?each?account;?understand?the?competitive?environment;?understand?mitigating??factors;?stand?behind?financial?forecasts?and?most?importantly?deliver?upon??them.
Work?closely?with?colleagues?based??in?Shenzhen?office?to?manage?POs,?invoices?and?logistics?and?ensure?products??are?delivered?on?time.
Develop?marketing?initiatives??to?support?the?growth?of?your?accounts?leveraging?marketing?resources?from?the??San?Francisco?office.
Build?strong?personal??relationships?internally?at?Skyroam,?with?China,?US?and?Europe?based?coworkers?to??ensure?the?level?of?internal?support?required?for?your?customers.
Learn?everything?there?is?to??know?about?selling,?supporting?and?marketing?the?Skyroam?products?and?services,??in?order?to?train?our?channel?partners?how?best?to?sell?or?rent?to?their??customers.

Bachelor’s?degree?in?Marketing,??Business,?or?a?related?field.
Retail?sales?experience?preferred.
Minimum?3+?years?of?experience??in?sales,?or?partner?development.
Experience?and/or?high?interest??in?the?electronics,?travel?or?internet?businesses.
Strong?organizational?skills,??ability?to?prioritize?tasks?and?manage?tight?deadlines
Proactive,?autonomous?and??comfortable?with?remote?management

1、現(xiàn)有亞太區(qū)合作商、代理商的關(guān)系維護(hù),如航空公司,航空公司渠道合作方、機場柜臺,?
2、亞太區(qū)新客戶和合作商的開發(fā)、跟蹤、維護(hù),協(xié)助提升銷售業(yè)績;
3、在全球零售總部支持下進(jìn)行亞太區(qū)市場調(diào)查、分析、制定區(qū)域營銷策略;
4、提供銷售預(yù)測周報,了解競爭對手銷售情況,并完成月度、年度銷售任務(wù);
5、與美國和深圳分公司團(tuán)隊一起管理銷售訂單,確保訂單按時交付;
6、英文能力優(yōu)秀,可以與目標(biāo)市場客戶熟練交流談判。
任職要求:
1、本科以上學(xué)歷;
2、三年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗以上;
3、熟練掌握英語,可以作為工作語言,進(jìn)行商務(wù)談判;
4、可以接受一年兩到三個月的海外(主要亞太國家)出差;
5、有團(tuán)隊精神,責(zé)任感,做事有耐心,海外銷售經(jīng)驗豐富;
6、有海外留學(xué)和工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
