·Maintain?and?grow?Skyroam’s?four?key?channels?to?market:?eCommerce,?Partner?Rental,?Retail?and?Enterprise.
·Build?partnerships?with?wireless?carriers?(MNOs?and?MVNOs),?smartphone?OEMs?and?companies?in?the?IoT?ecosystem,?with?the?goal?of?growing?distribution?of?Skyroam’s?network?services.
·Manage,?direct?and?monitor?the?daily?operating?activities?of?the?business?unit?with?a?view?to?maximizing?the?value?and?profitability?of?the?organization;?delve?deeply?into?operational?issues?and?develop?creative?solutions.
·Drive?and?continually?enhance?the?business?unit’s?overall?strategy?for?differentiation?through?quality?and?service?while?closely?managing?costs.
·Ensure?products?and?services?meet?certification?and?taxation?requirements?in?each?country?within?the?territory.?Limit?organization’s?exposure?to?product?safety?and?liability?issues.
·Build,?lead?and?inspire?a?world-class?organization.?Establish,?maintain,?and?promote?an?effective?system?of?communications?throughout?the?organization.

?This?position?will?be?based?ideally?in?Skyroam’s?Shenzhen?office,?however?Skyroam?may?consider?establishment?of?a?remote?office?in?Hong?Kong,?Singapore?or?Manila?for?the?right?candidate.?Significant?travel?throughout?Asia-Pacific?locations?will?be?required,?including?travel?to?San?Francisco.?Total?travel?is?expected?to?be?more?than?30%.
?EDUCATION?&?EXPERIENCE:
·Bachelor’s?degree?in?business,?economics?or?related?field?is?preferred.?Graduate?degree?is?a?plus.
·7-10?years?of?progressively?more?responsibility?in?Sales,?Marketing?and?Business?Development.
·Must?have?managed?at?least?20?employees?including?sales?staff.
·Overseas?experience?is?required.
·Fluency?in?English?is?required.?Ability?to?speak?Mandarin?and/or?another?Asian?language?is?a?plus.
