崗位職責(zé)：Prepare?and?update?document?of?maintenance,?e.g.?SOP?of?maintenance,?working?instruction?of?daily?check?and?preventive?maintenance.?Schedule?and?executive?preventive?maintenance?plans?(annual/monthly/weekly),?ensure?all?equipment?run?in?good?and?controlled?condition?Technology?support?to?repair?technician?when?break?down?happen.?Control?maintenance?cost?under?annual?budget?Establishing?and?maintaining?data?base?of?facility?&?equipment,?archive?all?relative?documents?into?DB,?include?facilities?files,?equipment?maintenance,?investments,?meeting?memo,?etc.?Collecting?information?and?prepare?proposal?for?machine?overhauling?/?rebuilding?to?reach?new?request.?Technology?training?and?conduct?production?team?to?operate?machines?in?right?way.?Finish?other?tasks?assigned?by?superior任職要求：1.Bachelor?degree?of?mechanical,?mechatronic?is?preferred,2.At?least?8??years?working?experience?in?equipment?maintenance?and?management,3.Prefer?working?experience?in?heavy?industry?or?heavy?machine?tools,?e.g.?vertical?lathe,?horizontal?boring?machine,4.Strong?mechanical?knowledge?of?machining?machine,?welding,?dust?collector;?basic?knowledge?of?CNC?controlling?system?including?Siemens?&?Fanuc5.Basic?understanding?about?ISO9000,?ISO14000&OHSA18000,6.Good?experience?of?AutoCAD,?windows?&?office7.Good?speaking?and?writing?English
