??Bachelor’s?degree?or?above,?majored?in?foundry?and?/or?foundry?relevant?material.本科或本科以上學(xué)歷，鑄造以及鑄造相關(guān)材料專業(yè)。
At?least?8?years?work?experience?on?resin?foundry?process?design.?Preferred?in?heavy?and?thick?product?design?of?grey?castings?and?related?melting?experience?.有至少8年以上的樹(shù)脂砂造型工藝設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，厚壁灰鑄鐵件，重型灰鐵鑄件工藝設(shè)計(jì)及熔煉經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
Familiar?with?the?software?like?CAD,?CATIA,?SOLIDWORKS.?熟練使用CAD,CATIA,SOLIDWORKS。
Ability?of?usage?on?simulation?software?for?foundry?design?process?is?preferred.會(huì)使用鑄造工藝模擬軟件優(yōu)先。
Foundry?process?and?quality?knowledge?in?all?functions,?familiar?with?casting?defects?and?the?root?cause,?can?raise?actions?for?improvement.具備鑄造流程和質(zhì)量知識(shí)，熟悉各種鑄造缺陷，并且能夠提出可行的整改工藝，參與鑄件質(zhì)量改善和提高。
3?years?or?more?on?team?building?and?Management?experience.?3年以上團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)和管理的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Experience?on?pressure?vessel?foundry?and?knowledge?on?manufacturing?standard?of?pressure?vessel.?有壓力容器鑄造經(jīng)驗(yàn)并熟悉壓力容器相關(guān)制造標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Written?and?verbal?communication?in?both?English?and?Chinese?Mandarin.良好的英語(yǔ)和中文普通話的書(shū)面以及口頭表達(dá)溝通能力。
Have?awareness?of?ISO9001，ISO14001?&?OHSAS18001?system.?
