-?Use?the?systematic?methodology?to?develop?SOP?to?improve?the?overall?logistics?process?and?cost-effectiveness?to?maximize?utilization?of?resources
-?Monitor?closely?with?vendors?and?forwarders?on?shipment?schedule?to?ensure?customer?order?fulfillment
-?Develop?delivery?options?and?transportation?strategies?to?ensure?effective?logistic?services?and?execute?those?strategies?effectively
-?Assist?to?motivate?staff?and?develop?effective?working?relationship?with?peers,?executive?and?customers.?Coach,?develop?and?motivate?team?members?to?ensure?the?business?is?executed?in?line?with?Company’s?direction?and?procedures
-?To?participate?the?recruitment?and?training,?To?coordinate?with?dept?heads?to?control?monthly?KPI?which?enable?it?meet?company?requirement
-?Maintain?performance?statistics?and?ensure?accurate?record?keeping?of?all?operational?documents.
-?You?will?also?assist?in?other?ad-hoc?projects?such?as?operational?control?and?process?review,?system?implementation,?etc.
-?Other?task?assigned?by?line?manager.

-?College?Degree?or?above?
-?Mandarin?and?English?language?proficiency
-?Possess?“can?do?”?spirit
-?At?least?5?years?or?above?of?relating?work?experience?in?shipping?operation,?warehouse?experience?is?preferred.?
-?Analytical,?strong?problem?solving?and?interpersonal?skills?and?willing?to?work?under?pressure.
