主要職責(zé):
1.?負(fù)責(zé)日常Helpdesk技術(shù)支持工作;
2.?負(fù)責(zé)客戶端網(wǎng)絡(luò)故障排除;
3.?負(fù)責(zé)IT周邊設(shè)備的安裝和調(diào)試;
4.?負(fù)責(zé)安裝操作系統(tǒng),應(yīng)用軟件及工具;
5.?負(fù)責(zé)IT設(shè)備的相關(guān)維護(hù);
6.?負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)域環(huán)境下用戶的管理;
7.?管理維護(hù)文件服務(wù)器,遠(yuǎn)程連接服務(wù)器,VPN,控制用戶訪問權(quán)限;
8.?負(fù)責(zé)撰寫,管理IT文檔。
職位要求:
1.?3-4年相關(guān)IT工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2.?大專及以上學(xué)歷,計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮;
3.?具有良好的IT技術(shù)背景,有外企工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者佳;
4.?熟悉桌面操作系統(tǒng)技術(shù)支持;
5.?了解主流服務(wù)器及網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備,對(duì)局域網(wǎng)架構(gòu)有一定了解;
6.?具有良好的服務(wù)意識(shí)及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí);
7.?良好的英文口語(yǔ)熟練。
Main?responsibilities:

7.?Maintain?the?file?server,?remote?connect?to?the?server,?VPN,?user?access?control.
8.?Responsible?for?writing,?IT?document?management.
Job?requirements:
1.?3-4?years?working?experience?in?the?IT.
2.?College?degree?or?above,?computer?technology?related?is?preferred.
3.?Have?a?good?technical?background,?working?in?foreign?company?is?preferred.
4.?Be?familiar?with?the?desktop?operating?system?technical?support.
5.?Know?the?mainstream?servers?and?network?equipment,?the?local?area?network?(LAN)?architecture.
6.?Good?service?consciousness?and?team?cooperation?consciousness.
7.?Good?English?written,?spoken?and?listening?ability.
