Concept?I?are?seeking?a?professional?Interior?Design/?Site?Design?Coordinator?for?assignment?to?a?major?retail?project?in?Kunming?for?a?period?of?1?year.?The?position?is?for?full-time?site?attendance?for?inspection,?design?coordination,?liaison?and?resolution?of?design?issues?during?the?project?construction?process.

Responsibilities
職責(zé)
? Full?time?site?attendance?carrying?out?regular?site?inspections?to?ensure?the?works?are?in?accordance?with?design?and?specification.
全職駐現(xiàn)場執(zhí)行定期現(xiàn)場檢查，確保工作符合設(shè)計規(guī)范
? Make?weekly?reports?to?Design?Team?and?the?client.
提供周報給設(shè)計團隊和業(yè)主
? Assist?and?coordinate?with?other?consultants?to?ensure?the?design?output?matches?the?actual?site?situation.
協(xié)助并協(xié)調(diào)其他顧問，確保設(shè)計輸出符合實際現(xiàn)場情況
? Identifying?site?issues?and?problems?/?recommending?solutions?(issuing?site?report,?sketch?revisions).
識別現(xiàn)場問題/給出建議（出現(xiàn)場報告，草圖修改）
? ?Check?and?comment?on?workshop?drawing?submissions?and?confirm?approval?in?respect?of?compliance?with?design?and?specifications
檢查并對圖紙?zhí)峤唤o出意見，確認審批符合設(shè)計和規(guī)范
? ?Respond?to?design?queries?and?requests,?and?provide?appropriate?recommendations.
對于設(shè)計疑問和要求給出回復(fù)，并提供適當(dāng)建議
? ?Inspect?and?approve?materials,?samples,?mock?ups,?fabrication,?colour?finishes,?etc.
檢查并審批材料，樣品，樣板，制作，?彩色飾面等
? Manage?and?maintain?a?record?set?of?Const.?Documents?on?site?to?record?all?updates,?sketch?changes?and?modifications?during?the?construction?process.
管理/維護現(xiàn)場施工文件記錄，記錄施工過程中所有更新，草圖更改和修正
? ?Maintain?record?of?requests,?design?changes?and?work?carried?out,?regularly?report?to?senior?management?on?the?progress/issues?of?the?project.
維護設(shè)計請求，變更和執(zhí)行工作的記錄，對項目進度定期匯報給管理團隊
? Attend?site?meetings/workshops?with?the?project?team/construction?teams?as?necessary.
與項目團隊/施工團隊出席必要的現(xiàn)場會議
Qualifications
? Minimum?10?years?of?experience?in?commercial?interior?design.
? Ability?to?work?on?construction?site?in?Kunming?for?a?period?of?one?year.
? Construction?or?construction?supervision?experience?with?a?good?knowledge?of?various?construction?techniques?and?their?implementation?are?required..
? Excellent?organizational?skills,?as?well?as?the?ability?to?problem?sole?quickly?and?efficiently.
? Excellent?client?management?and?liaison?skills.
? Good?knowledge?of?Chinese?building?codes?for?interior/?spaces.
? Sufficient?computer?drafting?skill?including?AutoCAD,?Photoshop?and?Microsoft?Office.?Other?relevant?software?will?be?an?added?advantage.
? Excellent?command?of?written?and?spoken?Mandarin?and?English.
