Responsibilities:
- Lead?role?in?Project/Design?Management?for?assigned?projects?from?early?design?stages?to?construction?completion.?

- Project?Coordination?on?planning?and?design,?from?conceptualization,?through?to?full?detailed?drawing?packages,?tender?activities?and?site?inspection.?The?work?involves?regular?communications?between?our?Thailand?and?China?Offices.?Project?types?include?department?stores,?malls,?special?concept?shops,?restaurants,?food?and?beverage,?and?leisure?projects.
- 對規(guī)劃和設(shè)計進行項目協(xié)調(diào)，從最初的概念方案直到全面詳細(xì)的設(shè)計圖紙、招標(biāo)和現(xiàn)場考察監(jiān)督。工作包括與泰國和中國辦公室之前的固定溝通.項目類型包括百貨、購物中心、特色概念店、餐廳、餐飲和休閑項目。
- Provide?professional?client?interface,?response?and?communications,?formulating,?receiving?and?clarifying?project?briefs,?relaying?directions?to?the?design?team.

- 監(jiān)督與項目交付有關(guān)的團隊工作，準(zhǔn)確響應(yīng)項目要求，工作進度以及里程碑和質(zhì)量控制?
- Monitoring?work?progress?of?multiple?projects?against?goals,?timelines,?master?schedule.
- 針對項目目標(biāo)，時間表以及計劃監(jiān)督不同項目的工作進度?
Requirements:
- Minimum?10?years?of?experience?in?commercial?interior?design.
- 至少在商業(yè)室內(nèi)設(shè)計10年工作經(jīng)驗
- Excellent?client?management?and?liaison?skills.?
- 出色的業(yè)主管理和聯(lián)絡(luò)技巧
- Professional?understanding?of?construction?and?tender?processes?and?technical/Construction?Documentation?documentation?packages.
- 擁有施工和投標(biāo)過程以及技術(shù)/施工文檔的專業(yè)理解能力
- Excellent?technical?knowledge?of?the?standard?materials?used?in?the?industry?to?execute?projects.
- 對用于項目的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)材料擁有出色的技術(shù)知識
- Ability?to?be?on?site?for?design?inspection,?coordination?meetings?and?site?inspection?work.?
- 能進行現(xiàn)場設(shè)計檢查，溝通會議和現(xiàn)場檢查工作?
- Good?knowledge?of?Chinese?building?code?for?interior?spaces.
- 熟悉中國室內(nèi)建造規(guī)范
- Sufficient?computer?drafting?skill?such?as?AutoCAD,?Photoshop?and?Microsoft?Office.?Other?relevant?software?will?be?an?added?advantage.
- 熟練操作AutoCAD,?Photoshop?和Microsoft?Office?軟件。會其他相關(guān)軟件優(yōu)先
- Excellent?command?of?written?and?spoken?Mandarin?and?English.
- 普通話和英語書面及口語流利
- Relevant?Degree?in?Interior?Design,?Design?Management,?Project?Management?or?suitable?related?profession.
