RESPONSIBILITIES: In?direct?and?tight?cooperation?with?the?Air?freight?Operation?Manager
-Follow?up?R/O?as?well?as?freehand?export?business;
-To?follow?standard?and?customized?SOP’s?for?customers?as?directed?by?Management.
-To?prepare?and?enter?shipping?related?data?into?various?computer?systems?in?an?accurate?and?timely?manner.
-To?ensure?accurate?and?complete?cost?accrual?data?is?entered?into?GC’s?computer?systems?in?a?timely?manner?for?each?shipment?file.
-To?handle?booking/shipment?requests,?purchase?order?management?and?shipment?tracking?tasks?as?requested?by?customers.
-To?prepare/handle?shipping?documentation,?arrange?for?customs?clearances?and?delivery;?make?sure?delivery?top?service?to?all?GC?customers.
-To?assist?in?the?preparation?of?freight?quotations?and?freight?invoices?for?customers?and?other?GC?offices?(domestic?and?abroad).
-To?pro-actively?act?on?behalf?of?customers?and?to?handle?all?customer?service?related?requests?and?tasks?in?a?timely,?accurate?and?professional?manner。
-Assist?finance?colleague?to?push?the?outstanding.
-?Monitor?and?control?all?cost?and?income?to?maximize?profit?margin?for?all?import?business.
Other?accountabilities:
-To?use?innovative?ways,?offer?competitive?services,?and?operate?in?a?manner?which?increases?customer?loyalty,?increase?profitability?and?decrease?operating?costs.
