Warehouse倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理
Be?responsible?for?the?daily?management??of?warehouse，incl.?receive?and?dispatch,?storage,?5S??management；

Ensure?the?correct?update?and?setup?of??safety?stock?;?management?of?warehouse?rotation，F(xiàn)IFO?and?slow?moving；
確保安全庫(kù)存的建立及更新；管理倉(cāng)庫(kù)流轉(zhuǎn)，F(xiàn)IFO和呆滯庫(kù)存；
Periodic?(yearly?and??trimestral)?physical?inventories;?Weekly?inventory?update?on?the?base?of?the??movements?(calculated?inventory)；
周期盤點(diǎn)（年度及季度）及每周庫(kù)存更新（計(jì)算庫(kù)存）；
Ensure?correct?and??readable?filling?and?archiving?of?warehouse；
確保倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)檔案文件的準(zhǔn)確及可讀性；
Acceptance?control?of??materials?in?terms?of?logistics?(compare?shipping?documents?to?the?purchase??orders;?part?numbers,?batch?number,?quantity,?weight)?and?in?terms?of?quality??(support?QC);?
根據(jù)物流條款（對(duì)比裝運(yùn)文件與采購(gòu)訂單，零件號(hào)、批號(hào)、數(shù)量、重量）以及質(zhì)量（配合質(zhì)量部門）進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收監(jiān)控；
Design?and?implement?warehouse?layout,??fix?locations?for?each?part?in?warehouse；

第三方供應(yīng)商(代理和貨運(yùn)代理)管理,建立SOP以及不斷改善服務(wù)要求和成本控制;
Ensure?the?most?effective,?the?safest??and?the?most?economical?delivery;
運(yùn)輸（包括陸運(yùn)、空運(yùn)、鐵路運(yùn)輸）保障，保證最有效、最安全、最經(jīng)濟(jì)的交付;
Ensure?packing?and?others?to?meet?customer?requirements;
按照客戶要求設(shè)計(jì)，制作包裝及相關(guān)物流事宜;
Handle?of?the?import?and?export?operation?as?interface?to?the?shipping??company?and?the?import/export?agents;
處理貨運(yùn)公司及進(jìn)出口代理的進(jìn)出口操作界面;??

Qualifications?任職資格
Bachelor?degree,?logistics?major?or???????other?relative?majors;???????本科學(xué)歷,物流或其他相關(guān)專業(yè);
Over?5?Years’?experience?on?logistics???????management?in?manufacturing;?5年以上制造業(yè)物流管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);
Familiar?with?the?warehouse?layout???????design，shop?floor???????management;???????熟悉倉(cāng)庫(kù)布局規(guī)劃，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理;
Excellent?PC?skills?especially?in?excel;?熟練操作電腦，擅長(zhǎng)Excel;
Strong?logical?thinking?and?people???????management?skill;?較強(qiáng)的邏輯思維和人力管理技能;
Strong?sense?of?accountability?and???????team-work?spirit;?較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神;
Good?English?reading?and?writing?skill;?良好的英文讀寫能力，口語(yǔ)流利優(yōu)先。
