1.?Warehouse倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理
????
1）Be?responsible?for?the?daily?management?of??warehouse，incl.??receive?and?dispatch,?storage,?5S?management；
????
負(fù)責(zé)日常倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理工作，包括：收發(fā)、存儲(chǔ)及?5S??管理；
????
2）Ensure?the?correct?update?and?setup?of?safety?stock??;?management?of?warehouse?rotation，F(xiàn)IFO?and?slow?moving；
????
確保安全庫(kù)存的建立及更新；管理倉(cāng)庫(kù)流轉(zhuǎn)，F(xiàn)IFO和呆滯庫(kù)存；
??3）Periodic?physical??inventories;?ensure?inventory?accuracy?between?phisical?and?ERP?stocks；
????
周期盤(pán)點(diǎn)；確保賬務(wù)實(shí)物一致；

2.?Shipping運(yùn)輸管理
????
1）Manage?the?logistics?supplier?and?set?up?the?SOP?to??improve?service?and?control?the?cost;
????
第三方承運(yùn)商管理,建立SOP以及不斷改善服務(wù)要求和成本控制;
????
2)?Ensure?packing?and?others?to?meet?customer??requirements;
????
按照客戶要求設(shè)計(jì)，制作包裝及相關(guān)物流事宜;
????
3)?Handle?of?the?import?and?export?operation?as??interface?to?the?shipping?company?and?the?import/export?agents;
????
配合貨代，處理進(jìn)出口相關(guān)事宜;??

3.?Planning計(jì)劃

1）RM?planning?原料計(jì)劃
????
Make?RM?plan?according?to?the?inventory,?delivery?,??production?and?sales?status；
????
根據(jù)庫(kù)存，交期，生產(chǎn)和銷(xiāo)售情況，制定詳盡的物料計(jì)劃，保證生產(chǎn)的連續(xù)性；

2）Production?planning?生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃
????
Make?production?plan?according?to?the?SO,SI,?production??and?equipment?status?;
????
根據(jù)訂單，庫(kù)存，生產(chǎn)和設(shè)備狀況等，制定詳盡的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃，保證生產(chǎn)的有序性；

3）Shipment?planning?發(fā)貨計(jì)劃

Make?shipment?plan?according?to?the?SO，customer?requirements??and?struck?status?
????
根據(jù)訂單，客戶需求和車(chē)輛狀況等，制定詳盡的發(fā)貨計(jì)劃，保證交付的及時(shí)性；

4.?Customer?service?客戶服務(wù)
????
1）Place?SO?創(chuàng)建銷(xiāo)售訂單
????
Confirm?all?the?details?of?SO,?such?as?delivery??time,?payment,?qty,?price,?type?and?etc.
????
與客戶和銷(xiāo)售保持緊密聯(lián)系，確認(rèn)訂單細(xì)節(jié)，如交期，價(jià)格，數(shù)量，型號(hào)等
????
2）Track?SO?追蹤訂單
????
Track?the?process?of?all?the?SO?and?keep?in?touch?with??plant?and?customer?for?any?changes
????
追蹤所有訂單的進(jìn)程并與客戶和工廠緊密溝通；
????
3）Customer?complaint?客訴處理
????
Collect?customer?complaints，organize?and?cooperate?with?QC，sales，shipper?together.
????
搜集并組織協(xié)調(diào)質(zhì)檢，銷(xiāo)售和承運(yùn)商共同解決客訴，提高客戶滿意度；
????

????
1)?Logistics?dpt?planning?and?schedule??control,?properly?allocate?workers,?monitor?and?control?every?link;
????
倉(cāng)庫(kù)的工作籌劃與進(jìn)度控制，合理調(diào)配資源，監(jiān)督和控制每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)；
??2）Create?training??modules?and?improvement?plans?for?logistics?operations?team；

為物流團(tuán)隊(duì)建立培訓(xùn)機(jī)制和提升計(jì)劃；

Qualifications?任職資格?

???Bachelor???????degree,?logistics?major?or?other?relative?majors;?本科學(xué)歷,物流或其他相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè);
???Over?5?Years’???????experience?on?logistics?management?in?manufacturing;?5年以上制造業(yè)物流管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);
???Familiar?with???????the?warehouse?layout?design，shop?floor?management;?熟悉倉(cāng)庫(kù)布局規(guī)劃，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理;
???Excellent?PC???????skills?especially?in?excel;?熟練操作電腦，擅長(zhǎng)Excel;
