崗位職責：
建立商業(yè)模型、進行業(yè)務數(shù)據(jù)分析：用商業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)模型來支持公司業(yè)務和項目運行。用數(shù)據(jù)及其相關性來衡量公司決策、業(yè)務表現(xiàn)等，以此來提高運營效率。
維護相關數(shù)據(jù)管理報表：為了滿足現(xiàn)有的商業(yè)需求和數(shù)據(jù)的準確性，及時的維護和更新已有的報告。例如員工表現(xiàn)表、企業(yè)運營數(shù)據(jù)表，供應鏈管理表格等。
為其他部門提供專業(yè)化數(shù)據(jù)支持：例如業(yè)務部門、人力部門、行政部門、財務部門，了解需求，及時反饋。
管理數(shù)據(jù)：通過遵循數(shù)據(jù)管理流程，監(jiān)控數(shù)據(jù)質量，識別數(shù)據(jù)問題等途徑來支持數(shù)據(jù)管理工作。通過發(fā)現(xiàn)新的操作方法等來提高數(shù)據(jù)質量和處理效率。

任職要求：
本科以上學歷，數(shù)學或統(tǒng)計相關專業(yè)。
基本的英文溝通，大學英語四級以上。
至少2-3年商業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)運營分析相關工作經(jīng)驗，掌握如何將數(shù)據(jù)方法和具體業(yè)務結合。
掌握Excel和Power?BI等相關數(shù)據(jù)分析工具：例如Python、R語言等。
較強的學習能力，團隊協(xié)作能力和邏輯分析能力。

Qualifications：
