Responsibilities:
1.?On-site?follow?up?production?planning,?actual?status?for?each?MP?projects(output/yield?rate);
2.?Continuously?review?production?process?and?line?balancing?to?reach?high?level?yield;
3.?Communicate?with?suppliers?and?internal?team?to?address?production?problems?and?provide?supports.
Qualifications:
1.?College?or?above?in?Mechanical?Engineering,?Industrial?Engineering,?or?Electrical?Engineering,?with?manufacturing?experience?preferred.
2.?At?least?2?years?or?above?electronics?working?experience?in?manufacturing?industry.?Worked?in?similar?position?at?first?class?OEM?factories?before?is?a?plus.
3.?Lean?management?working?experience?is?preferred.
4.?Recognize?risks?and?communication?in?advance?when?shipments?cannot?be?on?time?fulfill.
5.?Strong?oral?and?written?communication?skills,?good?organizational?skills,?and?self-motivation?are?required.?Fluent?in?English,?written?and?verbal.
6.?Ability?and?willingness?to?travel?for?business?need.
