Job?Description：
1.Be?responsible?for?hardware?test?for?company's?Power?products（Power?bank，AC-DC，Car?charger?,etc.),create?the?test?specification;
2.New?Power?components?(Power?ICs?，Power?MOS，Diode,?etc.）evaluation;
3.Build?and?optimize?company's?hardware?test?process?and?standards;
4.Work?closely?with?hardware?design?engineer?to?create?the?test?plan,?test?cases?and?finish?the?test?report,?help?to?analyze?the?root?cause?for?hardware?issue.
Requirements：
1.Bachelor?degree?or?above,?majored?in?Power?electronics,?Electronics?Engineering,?Micro-electornics,?Automation?or?related?fields;
2.Be?interesting?in?hardware?test?,have?at?least?3?years?experiences?in?Switch?power?design?or?test;
3.Have?knowledge?of?power?test?process?and?test?method,?must?proficient?in?using?test?instruments:?oscilloscope，electronic?load,?multi-meter,?AC?source,?power?meter,?temperature?chamber,?etc.;
4.Must?be?familiar?with?switch?power?fundamental?and?proficient?in?DC-DC?performance?test;
5.Must?be?an?honest,?responsible,?industrious,?persistent,?thinking?team-worker;
6.Good?at?English?reading?and?writing.
職位說明：
1.?承擔(dān)電源單板、電池測試工作，在測試過程中找出產(chǎn)品故障點(diǎn)；
2.?尋找合適的測試途徑和手段，對現(xiàn)有測試規(guī)范，流程，方法進(jìn)行改進(jìn)；
3.?測試儀器的維護(hù)，測試用例的設(shè)計及撰寫。實(shí)施測試并對測試結(jié)果進(jìn)行匯總分析；
4.?產(chǎn)品老化，設(shè)備的維護(hù)及確認(rèn)；
5.?根據(jù)測試數(shù)據(jù)以及Test?Plan，完成Test?report，更新、跟進(jìn)產(chǎn)品的Buglist.
?崗位要求：
1.?本科或以上學(xué)歷，電力電子及相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2.?熟悉電子器件，較強(qiáng)的分析問題和解決問題能力；
3.?熟悉開關(guān)電源的相關(guān)性能標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和測試方法，兩年以上開關(guān)電源測試經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
4.?熟悉測試設(shè)備（電子負(fù)載.電池性能測試儀.示波器.萬用表.功率計.高低溫箱等）；
5.?動手能力強(qiáng)，有一定的焊接功底（能焊接QFN,DFN器件更佳）；
6.?能夠根據(jù)研發(fā)工程師的指導(dǎo)寫出合理的測試用例。分析測試數(shù)據(jù)并給出合理建議及結(jié)論；
7.?對工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，工作心態(tài)穩(wěn)定，有團(tuán)隊意識。
8.?英語讀寫良好。
