崗位職責
l?根據(jù)本組市場開發(fā)計劃,制定個人銷售活動計劃。
l?通過開發(fā)新客戶,穩(wěn)定老客戶,以力爭達到所確定的銷售收入目標。
l?主動挖掘潛在客戶,并與客戶建立長期穩(wěn)定的和合作關(guān)系;
l?向銷售部經(jīng)理匯報市場信息,包括本市場狀況、競爭對手情況、客戶反饋意見等。
l?以外出銷售、電話聯(lián)絡(luò)和信函等方式與所轄區(qū)客戶保持高度聯(lián)系。
l?熟悉自己客戶分類情況及各客戶的需求特點和主要的競爭對手。
l?制定銷售計劃,并按計劃拜訪客戶和開發(fā)新客戶;
l?以專業(yè)化的形象和服務(wù)向會員及賓客介紹,并協(xié)助會員及賓客了解會籍等相關(guān)事宜;
l?負責收集、整理、歸納客戶資料,分析銷售和市場競爭發(fā)展狀況,提出可行性方案。
l?完成上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。
任職資格
l?大專以上學歷(有高端酒店銷售經(jīng)驗者可適當放寬),有客戶優(yōu)先;
l?具備餐飲/酒店銷售學、酒店管理學等知識的儲備。
l?有高端酒店銷售經(jīng)驗。
l?了解合同法、企業(yè)法以及有關(guān)法規(guī)。
l?對銷售工作有熱情,具有良好的溝通管理及協(xié)調(diào)能力;
l?工作積極主動熱情,抗壓能力強。
l?具有市場調(diào)查和預(yù)測能力,能及是掌握市場動態(tài),并能綜合分析,及時地提出相應(yīng)的措施和合理的建議。
l?有較強的語言表達能力,能撰寫市場調(diào)研報告,具有起草工作計劃、總結(jié)及業(yè)務(wù)匯報的能力。
l?性格開朗外向,形象氣質(zhì)佳優(yōu)先;

Job?Requirements
-?Must?fulfill?the?“Foreigner?Work?Permits”?requirements?of?China
-?Bachelor?degree?in?hotel/restaurant?management,?food?service?management,?BA?or?related?field
-?Minimum?8?years?solid?experience?in?luxury?western?restaurant?preferably?in?4+?stars?hotels
-?Minimum?2?years’?experience?of?managing?not?less?than?5?chain?stores
-?Previous?working?exposure?in?Asia?/?China?&?familiar?with?Chinese?culture?/?mentality?is?definite?advantage
-?Experience?of?store?opening?is?a?must
-?Fluent?in?English?&?Italian,?Mandarin?speak?is?definite?advantage?but?not?a?must
-?Proficient?in?the?following?dimensions?of?restaurant?functions:?food?planning?and?preparation,?purchasing,?sanitation,?security,?company?policies?and?procedures,?personnel?management,?recordkeeping,?and?preparation?of?reports.
-?Proven?food?and?beverage?management?experience
