Responsibilities:
? Drive?company’s?warehousing?/distribution?network?development?and?implement?strategies?to?cope?with?WMS/3PL?business?growth.
? Lead?and?drive?WMS/3PL?team?to?achieve?best?WMS?service?delivery?quality?and?customer?support?&?ensure?smooth?operation?and?business?processes?in?accordance?with?customers'?requirements.
? Develop?strategies?and?execute?to?increase?the?usage?of?renting?of?warehouse.
? Plan?and?control;?resources?and?budget?allocation?for?projects;?support?and?give?advice?to?teams?on?handling?RFI,?RFQ,?and?RFP.
? Evaluate?solution?proposal?&?propose?pricing?to?support?Business?Teams’?sales?&?BD?activities.
? Drive?continuous?WMS?service?enhancement?&?development?to?maintain?competitive?edge?and?market?leading?position.
? Perform?any?other?duties?assigned?from?time?to?time.
?Requirements:
? Bachelor?Degree?in?Logistics?or?Supply?Chain?Management?or?related?disciplines.
? At?least?10?years?of?relevant?experience?in?SCM/?Logistics?industry,?of?which?at?least?3?years?in?management?position.
? Strong?leadership?and?team?building?skills.
? Global?WMS?solutions?design,?development?and?implementation?experience.
? Well?organized,?analytical?and?detail?minded?with?strong?business?acumen.
? Excellent?communication?skills?in?both?written?and?spoken?English?and?Chinese,?including?Putonghua.
? Proficiency?in?PC?skills?such?as?MS?Word,?Excel,?Powerpoint?and?Chinese?Word?Processing.
? Candidate?with?more?experience?will?be?considered?as?Deputy?Director,?Logistics?/?Warehouse?Management.
