Responsibilities崗位職責:
1. Coordinate?external?or?internal?resource?to?solve?customer?quality?and?product?testing?issue.協調內外部資源解決客戶的質量及產品測試問題。
2. Conduct?failure?analysis?to?identify?the?root?cause?and?provide?the?solution?to?fix?the?application?&?quality?issue,?issue?report?and?write?the?FA?report?when?necessary.?進行失效分析,找出根本原因針對應用及質量問題提出解決方案,必要時撰寫質量報告及失效分析報告。
3. Using?quality?tools?to?address?customer?complaints,?enquiries,?coordinate?supplier?failure?analysis,?root?cause?determination,?corrective?and?preventive?actions.?使用相關質量工具,處理客戶投訴、咨詢,協調供應商的質量問題分析,找到根本原因,采取相應的糾正及預防措施。
4. Communicate?and?follow?through?with?supplier?,internal?personnel?and?customers?on?quality?issue?till?resolution.在質量問題上與客戶,供應商及內部相關人員進行溝通,以達到相應問題的解決。
5. Customer?8D?report?response?and?corrective?action?validation.客戶8D報告回復和整改措施有效性確認。.
6. Reasonably?assess?quality?problems?and?tests?and?make?appropriate?decisions?to?achieve?resolution.通過對質量問題及質量測試的合理評估,做出合理的決斷以達到質量問題的解決。
7. Travel?required?for?customer?quality?issue?and?external?supplier?audits.因客戶質量問題及外部供應商審核必要的出差。
8. Lead?quality?improvement?initiatives,?implement?proactive?actions?to?reduce?test?quality?incidents.主導質量改進計劃,采取主動措施減少質量事故的發(fā)生。
9. Work?collaboratively?with?internal?quality,?engineering?and?production?people?to?support?customer?and?internal?audits.與內部的質量、工程及生產部人員合作,支持客戶審核及內審。
10. SPC?system?maintain?&?SPC?reporting?SPC系統(tǒng)維護及完成SPC報告
11. Conduct?customer’s?quality?meeting?組織客戶質量會議
12. Participate?in?customer?business?reviews,?when?necessary必要時參加客戶業(yè)務評審
Requirements任職要求:
Degree:?bachelor?degree?or?above,major?in?science?and?engineering.
學歷:本科及以上學歷,理工科相關專業(yè)
Experience:?minimum?5?years?working?experience,?including?more?than?3?years?customer?quality?management?experience
相關工作經驗:5年以上工作經驗,其中3年以上相關客戶質量管理工作經驗
English:?CET-4,Good?commend?of?written?English,?good?oral?English?is?preferred
英語:CET-4(英文讀寫能力熟練,良好的英文口語優(yōu)先考慮)
Skills:?statistics,?QA?sample?plan?and?8D?reporting?relevant?skills,?familiar?with?ISO/TS?quality?system?management?standards.
技能:統(tǒng)計、QA?Sample?plan及8D報告?相關技能,熟悉ISO/TS質量系統(tǒng)管理標準
Capability:?strong?communication?skills,?problems?resolving,logical?analysis?skills,?and?familiar?with?Microsoft?office?software
