工作職責(zé):??????Management?and?monitor?HRIS?data?and?P-file?quality?and?make?analysis??管理及維護人力資源系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù);員工檔案的整理;Executing?on?employee?lifecycle?activities,Activity?including?on?board,?termination?processing,?probation?management?and?contract?renewal?process,?ect?具體操作員工從入職開始的所有流程,包含入職,離職,試用期管理,勞動合同續(xù)簽等Participate?in?HRIS?system?testing?and?surface?issues?and?obstacles??參與人力資源系統(tǒng)的測試,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在的問題;Take?the?initiative?in?finding?a?resource?to?help?identify?solutions?對于發(fā)生的問題,主動積極的去尋求解決的方法;Support?on?HR?administration?and?work?closely?with?business?partners與單元人事人員緊密合作并在人力資源事務(wù)性工作提供支持;Help?apply?residence?permit?application?for?non-Shanghai?employees?協(xié)助外地戶口員工辦理居住證相關(guān)申請;All?other?jobs?which?supervisor?assign完成其他主管安排的人事相關(guān)工作。
???????錄用條件:???????Bachelor?degree?or?above?本科或以上學(xué)歷;At?least?3?year’s?experience?in?HR,?plus?experience?in?foreign?company?is?preferred?在人事方面有至少3年的工作經(jīng)驗,如有外企經(jīng)驗更好;The?highest?level?of?confidentiality?is?required?due?to?nature?of?data?contained?in?HRIS?systems?具有對于人力資源系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的數(shù)據(jù)保持高度機密;Experience?with?workforce?administration?database?usage?and?HR?reporting?有人力資源系統(tǒng)使用和制作報表的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗;Detail?awareness?and?patient,?high?responsibility?and?team?work?耐心,注重細節(jié),有責(zé)任心和團隊精神;Proficient?in?English?英語流利;Good?at?communication?and?coordination?skill??良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力。
