RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Manage,?lead?and?develop?Shenzhen?finance?teams?to?handle?all?finance?and?accounting?matters;
2.Add?value?to?business?by?preparing?financial?reporting,?management?analysis,?budget/forecast,?and?costing?analysis?for?performance?evaluation?and?highlighting?issues/risks?and?also?areas?with?potential?development?opportunities;
3.Budgetary?controls?on?capital?and?operating?expenses?including?marketing?expenses;
4.Work?as?a?core?team?member?for?product?cost?reduction?on?a?continuous?basis;
5.Monitor?ROI?on?business?and?capital?expenditures;
6.Identify?cost?saving?and?profit?improvement?programs;
7.Provide?financial?advice?in?various?projects?for?decision?making;
8.Assist?to?evaluate?investment?opportunities?with?synergies?to?existing?business;
9.Improve?operational?workflow?efficiency;
10.Ensure?compliance?on?legal,?taxation?and?accounting?matters.
工作職責(zé):
1.管理、帶領(lǐng)和培養(yǎng)深圳財(cái)務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)處理所有財(cái)務(wù)和會(huì)計(jì)事務(wù)；
2.通過(guò)編制財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告，預(yù)算/預(yù)測(cè)及成本分析作為績(jī)效評(píng)估，突顯問(wèn)題/風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以及潛在發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)的領(lǐng)域，為企業(yè)增加價(jià)值；
3.資金和經(jīng)營(yíng)費(fèi)用的預(yù)算控制，包括市務(wù)費(fèi)用；
4.與生產(chǎn)及技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)持續(xù)不斷地研究降低產(chǎn)品成本；
5.監(jiān)測(cè)業(yè)務(wù)和資本支出的投資回報(bào)率；
6.協(xié)助制定成本節(jié)約和利潤(rùn)改善計(jì)劃；
7.在各項(xiàng)目決策中提供財(cái)務(wù)咨詢；
8.協(xié)助評(píng)估投資機(jī)會(huì)與現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù)的協(xié)同效應(yīng)；
9.提高運(yùn)營(yíng)流程效率；
10.確保公司合乎當(dāng)?shù)胤?稅務(wù)和會(huì)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則。
REQUIREMENTS
1.University?Graduate?in?Finance?or?Accounting?with?professional?accounting?qualification;
2.At?least?7?years?related?experiences,?candidate?with?“Specialty?Fats”?or?“Food?Manufacturing?Business”?experience?is?an?advantage;
3.Familiarize?with?PRC?accounting?standards?and?tax?law;
4.Preferably?with?knowledge?in?ERP?system;
5.Good?communication?skills?in?written?or?oral?English?is?an?advantage;
6.Proficiency?in?using?MS?Office?Application.
任職資格:
1.本科以上學(xué)歷，會(huì)計(jì)或財(cái)務(wù)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè),有國(guó)際認(rèn)可專(zhuān)業(yè)會(huì)計(jì)資格優(yōu)先；
2.至少7年相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具有“特種油脂”或“食品制造業(yè)務(wù)”經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
3.熟悉中國(guó)的會(huì)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則和稅務(wù)法規(guī)；
4.具備ERP系統(tǒng)知識(shí)；
5.良好英文書(shū)面/口語(yǔ)溝通能力優(yōu)先；
6.必須能熟練使用Office辦公軟件。
