JOB?SUMMARY:Develop?and?implement?test?plans?to?ensure?products?meet?all?necessary?codes?and?requirements.ESSENTIAL?JOB?FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:1.Develop?and?implement?testing?plans?according?to?internal?and?code?requirement?to?do?compliance?and?field?risk?assessment.??Coordinate?testing?resources?including?internal?and?external?resources?to?complete?evaluation?tasks?timely,?deliver?test?data?and?analysis?reports,?provides?expertized?advice?to?project?team.2.Develop?and?execute?critical?subsystems?testing?on?applicable?product?development?projects,?including?min/max?boundary?condition?testing?and?R95/C95?criteria?adherence.3.Facilitate?and?perform?all?design?reliability?functions?(FMEA,?DVP&R,?etc.)?as?part?of?the?product?development?teams.4.Participate?in?design?reviews?to?identify?potential?reliability?design?deficiencies,?provide?recommendations?and?verify?appropriate?corrective?action.5.?Lead?risk?assessments?related?to?design?options?as?they?relate?to?performance?(field,?test,?compliance)6.?Develop?reliability?tools?and?procedures?to?support?the?product?development?process.7.?Assist?in?design?and?introduction?of?new?test?fixtures,?equipment,?and?systems.8.?Work?in?a?cross-functional?environment?with?Product?Engineering,?Plant?Quality,?Customer?Quality,?Supplier?Quality?Assurance,?and?Manufacturing,?etc.1.Maintain?a?working?knowledge?of?the?certification?(GB,?CSA,?IAPMO,?ASME,?NSF,?etc.)?and?real?world?test?requirements?for?all?products.2.Participate?in?problem?solving?and?continuous?improvement?activities.QUALIFICATIONS:3.BS?in?Mechanical?Engineering?or?equivalent4.?2+?years?of?experience?in?Reliability/Quality/Product?Development?Engineering.5.Working?knowledge?of?test?systems?(electronic/electrical,?hydraulic,?and?pneumatic,?etc.)6.Fluent?in?English?(verbal?and?written).7.Skilled?with?standard?PC?tools,?Microsoft?software,?etc.8.Knowledge?and?facilitative?skill?with?DOE,?FMEA,?DVP&R,?and?Statistical?Engineering9.Excellent?problem?solving?skills
