Responsibilities:
-?Work?with?customer?facing?team?to?well?understand?customer?needs?on?bio-manufacturing?related?process?development,?especially?the?needs?in?chromatography?step?in?downstream.
-?Work?with?downstream?leader?and?technicians?to?define?and?design?application?based?test?method,?processing?parameters?and?operate?TFS’?product?in?variable?bioprocess?workflows,?and?be?able?to?achieve?the?optimization?of?the?method.
-?Well?plan?and?execute?test?preparation,?test?performing?and?test?completion
-?Correctly?operate?and?be?able?to?trouble?shoot?the?instruments/equipment?to?support?the?test.?
-?Follow?assigned?work?schedule?and?meet?expect?target?dates
-?Assist?with?training?of?customers?and?new?staff?as?required
-?Routinely?suggest?ideas?and?actions?to?improve?center?efficiency?
-?Work?effectively?in?highly?matrixed?team?environment,?and?work?closely?with?global?team?to?advance?programs
Minimum?Qualifications:
-?Master?degree?minimum?in?chemical/bio?Engineering,?pharmaceutical?sciences,?Biochemistry?or?biotechnology?or?related?discipline,?doctor?degree?in?above?field?is?preferred.
-?3+?years?of?chromatography?experience?in?drug?product?process?development?in?pharmaceuticals/biotechnology?industry?
-?Familiarity?with?bioprocessing,?manufacturing?workflow
-?Fluent?English?skills?in?terms?of?oral?and?writing?English
-?Good?problem?solving?capability
