Roles?&?Responsibilities:
The?candidate?will:
？ provide?high?level?technical?support?to?all?technical?staff?at?the?company?for?PV?products?regarding?implementation?of?applicable?international?industry?standards?covering?IEC,?ISO?standards,?factory?related?lab-testing?standards?(peel-?&?gel-?testing,?soldering?strength,?IQC?testing;?device?calibration?standards,?PV?plant?installation?standard.
？ support?contract?negotiation?with?customers/manufacturers?regarding?technical?content.
？ participate?in?In-line?QC?and?pre-shipment?inspections?taking?place?at?manufacturers.
？ lead?technical?team?providing?updates?on?relevant?technical?standards?and?by?providing?internal?training?to?inspectors?&?support?them?in?daily?communications?with?customers/manufacturers.
？ be?in?charge?of?keeping?technical?reporting?formats?of?the?company?up?to?date?and?ensure?all?staff?uses?the?latest?format?versions?only.
？ support?new?service?package?development,?not?only?limited?to?PV?industry?&?propose?innovations?to?increase?added?value?to?customers?and/or?competitiveness?in?the?market.
？ be?asked?to?participate?as?company’s?representative?in?international?bodies?to?contribute?in?improving?standards?from?the?perspective?of?the?3rd?party?inspection?agency?and?large?professional?buyers?point?of?view.
？ track?and?collect?new?technology?development?information?in?solar?industry?&?support?shareholders?to?develop?company?through?contributing?technical?views.
？ take?the?lead?in?execution?&?contribute?to?factory?audits?of?PV?module?and?PV?material?suppliers.
Requirements:
The?candidate?shall:
？ hold?preferably?MSc?(or?at?least?a?bachelor?degree?technical?diploma?supported?by?solid?experience)?in?either?Mechanical?Engineering,?Electronics?or?Physics?(?PV?specialization?or?semi-conductor?background?will?be?positive?)
？ have?proven?track-record?working?in?PV?product?manufacturing?environments?and?proven?track-record?in?factory?inspection?and?auditing?with?at?least?6?years?working?experience?in?solar?module?factory?or?Inspection?Company?with?QC?or?production?back?ground;
？ be?familiar?with?statistics?of?random?sampling,?implementation?ISO?2859?-1/-2,?determining?lot?acceptance?criteria?representativeness?for?different?attributes/technical?criteria.
？ be?familiar?with?quality?assurance?system?for?PV?products,?production?process?for?solar?module?and?quality?control?management?system?in?the?factory.
？ have?strong?ability?to?communicate?&?articulate?technical?conditions?and?requirements.
？ have?deep?and?up?to?date?understanding?of?IEC61215/61730?standards?for?PV?modules,?IEC62109?standards?for?PV?inverters?and?other?standards?for?PV?plants?and?PV?devices.
？ adapt?to?business?travel?in?China?and?worldwide,?meanwhile,?he/she?could?prove?multi-tasking?ability?and?work?under?pressure.
？ be?fluent?in?English,?Mandarin?and?be?able?to?write?professional?reports/articles?in?both?languages.
