Responsibilities:
1) Formulate?an?integrated?crop?strategy?for?Vegetable/Fruit?(most?critical?strategic?crop)?to?achieve?business?objectives?in?Vegetable/Fruit?as?our?most?strategic?crop?segment?in?DCP?AP:
a. Lead?the?country?cross?functional?Vegetable/Fruit?team
b. Drive?the?creation?of?an?integrated?Vegetable/Fruit?plan,?including?brand?strategies?and?tactics?as?well?as?definition?of?target?customer?segments
c. Own?the?conversion?of?the?strategies?into?execution?plans,?ensuring?that?all?functions?(MC,?sales,?R&D,?Regulatory,?Supply?Chain)?are?aligned?and?capable?to?execute?to?plan.?Drive?Marketing?campaigns?that?deliver?against?market?/?customer?objectives?in?Vegetable/Fruit.
d. Ensure?measurement?in?terms?of?both?leading?indicators?(performance?with?customers?e.g.?NPS)?as?well?as?output?indicators?(such?as?market?share)?are?in?place?and?used?to?advance?the?business.
e. Ensure?the?Vegetable/Fruit?plan?is?aligned?/?consistent?with?regional?&?global?crop?and?asset?guidance.?Work?as?part?of?the?extended?AP?Vegetable/Fruit?leadership?team.
f. Provide?guidance?to?Commercialization?Managers,?Product?Development?and?Registration?on?PS&R?projects?and?new?product?development
2) Accountable?for?Vegetable/Fruit?Brands
a. Develop?Brand?plans?defining?marketing?strategy?(marketing?mix,?brand?renewal,?brand?maintenance)?in?alignment?with?Core?crop?plans?(Vegetable/Fruit,?veg).
i. develop?customer?and?competitor?insights?and?implications?that?drive?superior?Brand?Positioning,?Value?Propositions?and?Pricing?decisions
b. Ensure?Brand?plans?are?linked?to?execution?across?functions?ensuring?that?all?functions?(MC,?sales,?R&D,?Regulatory,?Supply?Chain)?are?aligned?and?capable?to?execute?to?plan.
c. Ensure?that?plans?and?execution?deliver?on?Brand?objectives?for?Profit?(price,?volume,?gross?margin)?and?market?share.
d. As?Brand?Manager,?take?accountability?for?Product?Stewardship?including?final?decisions?on?how?stewardship?is?reflected?through?product?labels?(including?ownership?of?cyclic?reviews,?extension?reviews?and?label?approval)?marketing?strategy?and?sales?execution.
e. Responsible?for?mid?(2-3?year?PO?&?DIBM)?and?long?term?(5?year?plan)?product?forecast?and?PO?in?each?indication.?Co-ordinate?with?Sales?and?Supply?to?balance?Supply?and?Demand:?make?allocation?decisions?in?event?of?inventory?shortfall?and?take?actions?to?prevent?/?correct?inventory?surplus
Qualifications:
