Responsibilities:
1. Prior?to?start?motor?development,?communicate?with?headquarter?for?customer’s?requirements.?Then?make?selection?on?supplier?and?help?the?supplier?to?finalize?the?design?
2. Check?and?approve?the?drawing?from?supplier
3. Help?supplier?to?solve?the?problems?occurring?in?development?and?manufacturing?process
4. Be?responsible?to?communicate?with?headquarter?in?technical?aspects
5. Supplier?development,?audit?and?continuous?improvement
6. Monitor?and?check?production?process?control?if?necessary?to?assure?good?quality?product
7. Communicate?with?the?QA?dept?at?our?headquarter?regarding?non-conformity?to?make?decision?for?concession?or?corrective?plan
8. Most?of?products?are?electrical?motor,?electro-magnetic?clutch,?harness,?solenoid?and?etc.
Requirements:
1. College?above?graduate?major?in?mechanical?or?electrical?engineering
2. At?least?five?years?working?experiences?in?motor?development?in?motor?manufacturing?company
3. Strong?problem?solving?skill?and?good?communication?skill
4. Must?be?good?at?reading?and?writing?English.?Good?English?listening?and?speaking?is?preference.
5. Good?computer?skill.?Be?familiar?with?MS?office?as?well?as?AutoCAD
6. Be?willing?to?travel?
7. Detailed?oriented,?self?motivate,?very?strong?sense?of?responsibility
8. Full?time?or?part?time?is?acceptable

責(zé)任：
1. 開發(fā)前期與總部及供應(yīng)商交流設(shè)計(jì)方案,?選擇供應(yīng)商
2. 對(duì)供應(yīng)商圖紙進(jìn)行審核,?工藝進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)
3. 幫助供應(yīng)商解決開發(fā)和生產(chǎn)過程中出現(xiàn)的問題,?提出短期和長(zhǎng)期解決方案
4. 負(fù)責(zé)與總部的技術(shù)溝通
5. 供應(yīng)商開發(fā),?考核及持續(xù)改進(jìn)
6. 監(jiān)督和檢查供應(yīng)商生產(chǎn)工藝控制過程，確保最終產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量
7. 對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題與總部質(zhì)量部門進(jìn)行溝通，對(duì)不合格品做出讓步接收或整改方案
要求
1. 大專以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械專業(yè),?電子或自動(dòng)控制專業(yè)
2. 五年以上電機(jī)開發(fā)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),?熟悉電機(jī)的生產(chǎn)工藝
3. 須有較強(qiáng)解決問題的能力
4. 必須具有英語(yǔ)讀寫能力。如果能用英語(yǔ)交流更好
5. 能熟練應(yīng)用MS?OFFICE?和AUTOCAD
6. 愿意出差
7. 工作仔細(xì)，認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，獨(dú)立性強(qiáng)
