A.?Order?Management
1.Handling?Orders?from?Key?Accounts;
2.Proficiently?use?ERP?system?to?process?customer?orders
3.Timely?track?order?status?to?keep?customers?informed?the?lead-time?and?backorder?status
4.Closely?work?with?factories?to?push?backorders?to?be?delivered?promptly;
5.Trace?shipments?to?ensure?meeting?customer\'s?request?delivery?time
6.Coordinate?with?warehouse,?Logistics?Department?and?freight?forwarders?to?arrange?booking?as?per?agreed?shipping?schedules.
7.Track?account?receivables?and?ensure?all?payments?are?paid?in?time.
8.Proactively?resolve?customer?complaints
9.Provide?the?strong?guidance?and?backup?for?other?OF?Representatives;
10.Be?first?contact?in?case?of?operation?escalation?and?problem?solving;
B.?Team?Leading?and?Reporting
1.Monitoring?overall?order?status?of?the?team?on?weekly?and?monthly?basis?to?increase?the?OTD?performance?and?reduce?Past?Due?ratio;
2.Generate?Weekly?billing/backlog?reports?and?analysis?and?submit?to?OF?Manager
3.Monthly?KPI?Reporting?for?team?members?on?order?processing?punctuality,?accuracy?and?effectiveness.
4.Periodically?deploy?the?job?of?the?team?to?balance?the?working?load?within?the?team
5.Monitor?and?manage?OF?daily?operations.?Ensure?that?the?team?abides?by?the?business?processes.?Drive?timely?root?cause?investigations?for?deviations,?and?follow?up?on?corrective?actions?and?propose?process?improvements?to?prevent?re-occurrence;
6.Execute?trainings?on?new?staff?and?seek?continuous
improvements?in?O2C?processes?within?the?team.
7.Ensure?completeness?of?SOX?and?internal?controls,?e.g.?Return?Order,?Credit/Debit?Note?approvals?in?ERP?system,?etc..
