職位描述（Job Description）

The?Forecast?Analyst?is?responsible?for?the?collection,?analysis,?and?reporting?of?Sales?and?Inventory?data?in?an?ongoing?effort?to?improve?order-level?and?inventory?planning?efficiency.?The?Forecast?Analyst?will?monitor?trends?within?Sales?and?Inventory?planning?data?within?the?context?of?supplier?lead?times?to?minimize?overall?cost?and?to?adjust?planning?levels?as?a?result?of?continuously?changing?economic?factors.
The?Forecast?Analyst?will?be?a?person?familiar?with?the?uniform?apparrel?industry?or?a?person?with?similar?background?in?an?industry?with?intermittent?or?erratic?demand?levels.?Preference?will?be?given?to?candidates?with?comparable?experience?in?the?uniform?apparrel?field.
The?Forecast?Analyst?will?be?expected?to?have?familiarity?with?common?statistical?forecasting?methodologies?and?models?[ARIMA,?Holt-Winters,?Croston?Intermittent?Demand,?etc.].
The?forecast?Analyst?will?be?expected?to?posess?a?high?level?of?skill?with?Microsoft?Excel?and?should?posess?familiarity?with?common?forecasting?software?[such?as?Just?Enough,?Forecast?Pro,?SAS,?IBM,?etc.].?Preference?will?be?given?to?candidates?with?experience?with?the?Just?Enough?product.
Responsibilities:
Collect,?analyze,?evaluate,?and?report?data?in?order?to?increase?operational?efficiency.
Analyze?sales?and?performance?records,?and?interpret?results?for?future?planning?purposes.
Develop?models?for?analysis?based?upon?changing?business?needs.
Communicate?reporting?and?forecasting?results?to?Senior?Management.
Analyze?data?via?the?Just?Enough?demand?planning?solution?and?other?data?sources?as?required.
Job?Requirements:
University?Degree?in?Economics,?Computer?Science,?Statistics,?Mathematics,?Accounting?or?comparable?degree.?5?years?of?comparable?professional?experience?is?acceptable?as?an?alternative?to?education?requirements.
Ability?to?work?within?a?demand?planning?software?solution,?specifically?within?the?Just?Enough?solution.
Ability?to?perform?and?accurately?interpret?complex?statistical?analysis.
Expert?level?skill?in?the?Microsoft?Office?Suite-?specifically?Microsoft?Excel.
Strong?interpersonal?skills?with?the?ability?to?work?independently?as?well?as?part?of?an?overall?team.
Strong?communication?skills,?both?verbal?and?written,?with?the?ability?to?convey?complex?information.
Knowledge?of?SQL?and?experience?with?relational?databases?is?a?plus.
