Cargo?Sales:
Develop?business?opportunities?with?Shippers?/?Agents?and?partners；
Be?the?main?contact?person?within?defined?areas?for?Shippers?/?Agents?and?partners;
Be?identifiably?present?and?active?as?Dragon?Air’s?Sales?Executive?in?the?actual?marketplace.
Ensure?sales?targets?are?met?and?services?up?to?standard;
Communication?with?external?and?internal?parties?incl.?Regional?Office/Central?Cargo?Team/HKG?CGO?departments,?local?CIQ/AA/GHA/agents?etc.;
Maintain?and?improve?business?relationship?with?cargo?agents,?interlines,?and?shippers?and?develop?business?opportunities?with?them;
Monitor?the?agency?performance；
Be?aware?and?report?competitor?activities.
Know,?record?and?understand?the?ever?changing?market?place?and?the?needs?of?the?Forwarding?and?Cargo?Industry.
Prepare?the?Cargo?business?plan;
Prepare?sales?reports；
Cargo?Service:
Ensure?Operational?safety?of?aircraft?and?staff;
Monthly?monitoring?of?CSX?KPI?performance.
Monitor?daily?operation?and?give?necessary?feedback?to?Cargo?Service?Staff.
Monitor?and?ensure?that?suppliers?perform?all?agreed?functions?promptly?and?efficiently.
GHA?handling?is?in?accordance?to?agreed?CX?standards.
Yearly?review?Service?Level?Standards.?(SLA)
Apply?and?practice?agreed?quality?standards?measurements
Lead?and?support(if?necessary)?Cargo?ServiceTeam?to?Coordinate?with?GHA?to?ensuring?smooth?ground?handling,?monitoring?warehouse?buildup?and?ramp?handling
Lead?and?support?Cargo?Service?activities?if?necessary?.
General?Requirements
Management?of?all?port?issues,?including?administrative,?commercial?and?operational;
Control?the?budget?and?variance;
Monitor?ontime?payment?from?cargo?agents,?and?coordinate?with?both?SHA?FIN,?cargo?agents,?and?CASS?for?relevant?account?issue,?ensure?and?control?credit?risks;
Manage?and?develop?team?members.
Prepare?staff?roster?and?ensure?adequate?manpower
Specific?Knowledge,?Skills,?Training?&?Experience?Required
College?graduate?or?above
Cargo?sales/services?experience?for?no?less?than?3?years
Leadership?competencies
High?proficiency?in?English?and?Mandarin?in?both?spoken?and?written
High?proficiency?in?office?software
Supervision?experience
PRC?national?or?valid?work?permit?in?PRC
