建筑設(shè)計(jì)師?崗位職責(zé):
管理并協(xié)調(diào)項(xiàng)目小組,按時(shí)保質(zhì)地完成項(xiàng)目，負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督項(xiàng)目的時(shí)間及預(yù)算。?把甲方要求和意圖轉(zhuǎn)化為可實(shí)施的設(shè)計(jì)解決方案，最后匯報(bào)，向設(shè)計(jì)總監(jiān)匯報(bào)。
任職資格:
1.建筑學(xué)本科或碩士以上；
2.中英文書寫和口語必須熟練，外籍設(shè)計(jì)師懂中文的優(yōu)先。
3.至少5年的設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，2年在中國工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，尤其是在零售業(yè)等商業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域。
4.能熟練使用AutoCad,?3D?Max/Maya/Rhino,?SketchUp,?Photoshop,InDesign,?Office(Microsoft?Word?and?Excel?etc)等軟件。
5.?熟悉中國和本地建筑相關(guān)要求、法規(guī)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等。
6.擅長并有能力進(jìn)行概念設(shè)計(jì)，能帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)從初步設(shè)計(jì)到深化設(shè)計(jì)階段工作；具備項(xiàng)目交流、合作和客戶協(xié)調(diào)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；?能熱心的輔導(dǎo)年輕的設(shè)計(jì)師。
7.對項(xiàng)目每天進(jìn)度、時(shí)間安排、預(yù)算、設(shè)計(jì)和溝通進(jìn)行管理。能同時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)管理多個(gè)項(xiàng)目并在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)完成任務(wù)。
8.外籍設(shè)計(jì)師需了解中國客戶的思考習(xí)慣及要求；對中國文化及傳統(tǒng)觀念有濃厚的興趣;中方設(shè)計(jì)師需對國際建筑發(fā)展趨勢及理論熟悉。
9.有出差的要求。
