Position?Requirement??
1.5?years?or?above?direct?sales?experience?(Ideally?B2C).?
2.2?years?sales?management?experience?and?have?managed?at?least?10?subordinates.?

1.本職位負責(zé)上海學(xué)習(xí)中心的成功運營。
2.指導(dǎo)課程顧問的日常銷售活動,以實現(xiàn)周期及月度銷售目標。
3.與服務(wù)經(jīng)理合作,維持運營中的美和服務(wù)水準。
4.確保學(xué)校政策與規(guī)程的全面落實,并在銷售和服務(wù)團隊中建立以服務(wù)為重心的文化。
5.發(fā)現(xiàn)并提交企業(yè)銷售機會,與學(xué)員建立良好關(guān)系。
6.確保中心工作人員足額,通過培訓(xùn)、指導(dǎo)以及與人力資源團隊的不斷合作提高員工素質(zhì)。

職位要求:?
1.?5年及以上直接銷售經(jīng)驗(有B2C銷售經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先)。
2.?2年銷售管理經(jīng)驗,至少管理過10名下屬。
3.出色的銷售技能,并需提供成功案例及所獲獎項證明。
4.出色的溝通能力。
