Under?the?direction?of?the?Supplier?Social?Compliance?Manager,?this?position?is?responsible?for?conducting?comprehensive?factory?audits?to?determine?a?vendor/factory's?level?of?adherence?to?Masco?Supplier?Business?Practices?requirements?as?well?as?local?laws.
Education?and?Experience:?

–???Basic?working?knowledge?of?local?labor?laws?&?regulations
–???To?be?in?advance?of?Lead?Auditor?standard?and?have?knowledge?of?standards?and?codes?e.g.?SA8000
–???To?have?attended?formal?training?and?or?achieved?qualifications?or?certificates?in?compliance?audit
–???Basic?understanding?of?recycling?and?the?environment?and?a?desire?to?learn?and?develop?further?skills.
