·?Candidate?must?be?familiar?with?production?processes?like?casting,?forging,?milling?and?turning.?
·?Candidate?can?understand?the?drawing?and?must?have?the?experience?to?work?withSolid?Works?or?other?drawing?software.?
·?Candidate?must?be?able?to?work?independently?and?with?a?team.?
·?Candidate?must?have?experience?to?do?quality?audits?at?suppliers.?

·?Candidate?must?be?able?to?collect?technical?information?about?a?product,?by?means?of?a?sample,?product?description?or?from?an?existing?drawing.?
·?Candidate?is?able?to?make?3D?drawingsin?solid?works?from?new?products?and?re-draw?existing?drawings?in?solid?works.?
·?Candidate?needs?to?communicate?with?our?suppliers?about?the?technical?specifications?of?our?products.?
·?Candidate?needs?to?do?quality?audits?at?our?suppliers.?Therefore?the?candidate?is?willing?to?travel?to?check?our?products?at?different?suppliers?locatedin?cities?like?Jimo,?Ningbo?and?Dalian.?

-?能看懂圖紙，能用Solid?Works等軟件繪圖。?
-?能獨立工作并能融入一個團(tuán)體。?
-?會說英語，能用英語進(jìn)行溝通交流。?

-?通過樣品和圖紙能知道技術(shù)信息。?
-?用solid?works等軟件畫3D圖?
-?和我們的合作工廠就很多技術(shù)問題有很好的溝通?
