工作職責：
Responsibility:?
1、認真執(zhí)行公司各項規(guī)章制度，嚴格管理品控組的日常工作，保證每張定單的品質及準時走貨，?確保做到零投訴；

and?shipment?on?time,?make?sure?zero?complaint;
2、與業(yè)務部門及工廠，公司上下級保持良好的溝通，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并予以解決；?

3、主持QC例會，核查QC查貨報告，及時解決問題；?
QC?meeting,?check?QC?inspection?report,?and?solve?the?problems?timely;
4、進行不定期的巡廠，跟進、處理發(fā)現(xiàn)的品質或貨期問題，及時匯報上司并解決；

report?to?supervisor;
5、嚴格控制品控組的車旅費報銷，節(jié)約各項開支；?

6、負責新QC的招聘及培訓，?不定期輔導和培訓團隊，努力提高QC的查貨能力和職業(yè)素養(yǎng)；?

QC?inspection?ability?and?professional?quality；
7、及時完成上級分配的其它相關任務。?

職位要求：?
Requirement:
1、大?；蛞陨蠈W歷；?
College?degree?or?above;
2、8年以上服裝QC工作經驗，其中含3年以上的團隊管理經驗，有牛仔、時裝經驗為佳；?
8?years?of?garment?QC?experience,?including?3?years?experience?in?team?management,?denim?&?fashion?is?preferred;
3、豐富的牛仔服裝及布料知識；
Knowledge?of?fashion?and?fabrics;?
4、具有較好的團隊精神；?
Good?sense?of?team?spirit;
5、良好的溝通能力；細心，責任心強，為人誠實；?
Good?communication?skills;?Careful,?responsibility,?honest;
6、良好的英語溝通能力；能閱讀并寫簡單英文報告；

7、愿意接受不定時工作制，及省、內外出差。
