Responsibility:

-Completing?configuration?for?each?client?on?internal?operating?system?per?the?instructions?from?Client?Managers?or?supervisor;
-Assisting?Client?Managers?to?create?Review?Report;
-Configuring?and?retrieving?COGNOS?reports?for?analysis?into?business?language;
-Creating?summaries?and?keeping?management?informed?of?business?trends;

-Participating?new?development?training?and?cascading?knowledge?to?local?users
-Gathering?feedbacks?and?suggests?and?reporting?to?development?team?for?system?enhancement
-Efficiently?coordinating?with?Operations?in?ensuring?usefulness?of?reporting?tools?and?outputs?as?well?as?ease?in?utilizing?such?in?management?planning?for?purposes?of?performance?improvement

職責：
本崗位主要職責包含但不限于以下：
-根據(jù)客戶經(jīng)理及主管要求，對每個客戶在內(nèi)部操作系統(tǒng)中完成相關設置
-協(xié)助客戶經(jīng)理建立周期性總結報告
-在COGNOS系統(tǒng)中設置并下載報告后進行數(shù)據(jù)分析
-建立總結性報告并定期向管理團隊報告運營趨勢
另外，資深候選人還將會被安排以下職責：
-參加新系統(tǒng)新功能培訓并將知識傳達給本地員工
-收集關于系統(tǒng)的反饋及建議并向開發(fā)團隊做出相關建議
-與運營團隊高效協(xié)調(diào)工作以提供實用、易用的報告工具和結果，以便管理團隊進行績效改進的計劃。
-積極地尋求改進報告流程，盡力發(fā)掘新方法獲取準確、實時、有效及實用數(shù)據(jù)。
-定期有效地向管理及各類團隊匯報項目進展，并在需要時獲取管理團隊的指示和批準以推動項目開展。
Requirements:
-BS?in?Management?Science,?Business?Administration,?Computer?Science?or?equivalent?education/training/experience.?A?programming?background?is?preferred.
-With?more?than?1?year?experience?as?a?Data/Reports?analyst
-Excellent?communication?skills?in?Chinese?and?English.?Fluent?verbal?English?is?desired.
-Advanced?proficiency?in?MS?Office?Applications?(database,?presentation?and?spreadsheet?applications?–?Excel,?Access,?PowerPoint)
-Experience?with?IBM?COGNOS?system?or?Oracle?is?preferred
-Above?average?grasp?of?mathematical?and?statistical?concepts
-Highly?analytical?and?strong?logical?thinking
-Very?attentive?to?details
-Quick?learner?&?Team?player.?Must?be?self-motivate
崗位要求：
-理科學士學位，管理科學、工商管理、計算機科學或相關專業(yè)。有編程經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
-至少1年以上數(shù)據(jù)或報告分析工作經(jīng)歷
-良好的中英文溝通能力。英語口語流利者優(yōu)先。
-精通常用辦公軟件，能運用高級別Excel，Access，Powerpoint及其開發(fā)組件。
-有使用IBM?COGNOS或Oracle系統(tǒng)者優(yōu)先。
-優(yōu)秀的數(shù)理統(tǒng)計
-具備高度的總結性及邏輯思維能力
-注重細節(jié)
-有優(yōu)秀的學習能力、團隊能力。必須有極強的主動性并自我工作能力。
