Main?Responsibility:?
·Prepares/verifies?accuracy?of?all?accounting?vouchers?including?but?not?limited?to?CRV’s,?receipts?and?journal?entries.?
·Prepares?cheque?or?initiates?internet?payment?instructions?to?the?bank?for?office?expenditure?and?submits?for?next?level?approval?
·Reviews?and?ensure?all?travel?expenses?reports?are?in?compliance?with?company?policies?&?procedures.?
·Computes,?records?and?reconciles?GTO/TSS?revenue?entries?
·Maintains?all?accounting?and?payment?records?as?per?corporate?policies?and/or?local?statutory?requirements.?
·Prepares?month-end?reports?including?balance?sheet?reconciliation,?bank?reconciliation,?fixed?asset?reconciliation?&?travel?analysis?for?next?level?review?
·Schedules?month?end?depreciation?expense?run?in?FA?module?
·Reviews?preliminary?expenses?and?prepare?expense?variance?report?for?management?review?
·Maintains?accurate?payroll?register,?process?monthly?payroll?and?benefits?payments?with?applicable?tax?deductions.?
·Assist?in?annual?budget?preparation?and?budget?adjustments,?maintains?headcount?template?for?supervisory?review?prior?to?submission.?
·Assists?in?year-end?audit?and?tax?filings.?
·Performs?RDE,?RQE?function?for?shipped?PO’s;?follow?up?customs?broker’s?inquiries?on?shipping?documents?(if?required)?and?perform?MPS?vendor?data?maintenance.?
·Carries?out?duties?as?assigned?by?supervisor?and?provides?support?on?ad?hoc?projects.?
Job?Requirements:?
·Degree/Diploma?in?Accounting?or?qualifying?business?experience.?
·5?and?above?years?working?experience?in?commercial?accounting.?
·Well?verse?in?local?accounting,?taxation?and?other?applicable?rules?
·Knowledge?of?global?trade,?shipment?and?payment?
·Fluent?in?written?and?spoken?English?
·Effective?leadership?skill.?
·Able?to?drive?meetings?effectively?and?good?presentation?skills?
·Assertive?with?strong?initiative?
·Strong?problem?solving,?planning?and?organizational?skills?
