Production?site?supervising,?to?make?sure?the?workers?operate?according?to?SOP?and?company?regulations
現(xiàn)場監(jiān)督檢查，確保員工按照公司規(guī)定和規(guī)章進(jìn)行操作
Monitor?new?employee?training?to?improve?operators’?skill
監(jiān)督新員工的培訓(xùn)，以提高員工的操作技能
Cooperating?maintenance?staff?to?repair?&?fix?equipment?to?achieve?production?KPI
配合維修人員修理故障設(shè)備，完成生產(chǎn)目標(biāo)
According?to?operators’?motivation?and?performance,?providing?relevant?advice?on?reward?or?punishment
根據(jù)生產(chǎn)員工的表現(xiàn)建議相應(yīng)處罰或獎勵

Job?Requirement任職要求：
3+?years?mechanical?industry?experience,?experience?of?production?supervisor?in?MNC?is?preferred
3年以上機(jī)械行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有外企生產(chǎn)主管工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
Mechanical?engineer?or?Industry?engineering?background?is?preferred
機(jī)械工程類或工業(yè)工程類教育背景尤佳
Conversant?with?CAD?tool,?to?design?simple?production?tooling
熟練掌握CAD軟件，設(shè)計簡易生產(chǎn)工裝
Familiar?with?lean?production;
熟悉精益生產(chǎn)
Good?communication?and?interpersonal?skills
良好的溝通及人際交往能力；
Good?command?of?oral?and?written?English.
良好的英文溝通書寫能力。
