Main?Responsibilities:
? Function?as?the?primary?contact?for?all?Fabric?related?suppliers.
? Assures??Fabrics?supply?base?aligns?to?corporate?goals?and?initiatives.
? Manage?the?business?relationships?between?suppliers?&?factories.
??Identify?areas?to?improve?supply?chain?performance?and?lead?efforts?to?decrease?lead?time?and?cost?and?strengthen?communication?with?suppliers.
? Investigate?fashion?trends?and?track?current?standards?in?the?market?and?work?with?Mills?and?dying?houses?to?optimize?the?technology.
? Initiate?the?Pre-Orders?/LOI?preparations/placements/adjustments?and?manage.?
? Prepare?the?seasonal/monthly?forecast?and?book?the?capacity?with?supplier.
? Manage?the?material?tracking?reports?for?samples?and?production?and?ensures?supplier?lead?times?and?on?time?deliveries.
? Work?with?suppliers?for?seasonal?catalogs?and?price?requests.
? Ensures?with?all?suppliers?to?meet?RSL?compliance?and?Keen?standards.
? Color?swatch?collection/review/record/Coding/Filing/Distribution.?
? Maintain?Color?swatch/color?window/renew?timely?manner.
? Maintain?Textiles?library/?Database.
? Work?cross?functionally?with?QC?team?and?costing/Planning?team.

? Fluent?oral?and?written?English?and?reading.
Computer?Operation?Requirement:
? Conversant?with?MS?office.
