1. Maintenance?&?project?technical?support?and?training
？ Provide?technical?assistance?to?maintenance?personnel?in?diagnosing,?troubleshooting,?and?repairing,?ensure?equipment?breakdown?minimized,?and?root?causes?of?failures?investigated?and?equipment?problems?eliminated.
？ Assist?in?the?training?of?maintenance?and?production?personnel?on?the?appropriate?use,?maintenance?and?repair?of?equipment.
？ Ensure?all?key?electrical?&?mecanical,?control?and?spare?parts?of?process?equipment?and?utility?installations?identified,?proper?stock?level?proposed.

2. Preventive?maintenance?and?procedures
？ Develop?and?maintain?maintenance?standard?operating?procedures?as?required,?ensure?relevant?maintenance?procedures?reviewed?and?updated?timely.
？ Evaluate?equipment?and?maintenance?history?to?determine,?develop,?and?implement?appropriate?preventive?maintenance?requirements?to?ensure?optimizing?effectiveness?of?maintenance?procedures?and?maximizing?equipment?reliability?and?runtime.

3. Improvement?modifications?and?projects
？ Be?responsible?for?new?installations,?upgrades?and?modifications?of?all?electrical,?mechanical?control?and?automation?system.?Ensure?effective?cost?and?schedule?controls?and?prepare?progress?reports?on?assigned?projects.
4. Day?to?day?maintenance?activities
？ Co-ordinate?and?involved?in?the?routine?maintenance?of?utilities?equipments?and?production?machineries.?Ensure?utilities?equipment,?production?machineries?and?other?supporting?facilities?in?good?condition?and?smooth?operation.
？ Coordinate?daily?inspection,?recording?and?monitoring?of?utilities?equipments?and?production?machineries,?ensure?all?records?be?taken?timely?and?accurately,?corrective?actions?taken?for?all?abnormities.
5. Safety?and?Hygiene

Qualification?&?Experience?Requirements
Education,?Training: ？
????Bachelor?degree?major?in?engineering?and?specialized?on?electrical?and?automation.
Experience?Required: ？
5?years?and?above?experience?in?a?automated?environment?with?good?experience?in?AC?and?DC?Variable?Speed?Drives,?and?supervision?system.
？ Familiar?with?AHU?system
？ Have?a?proven?track?record?of?contributing?to?the?development?and?performance?of?planned?preventative?maintenance.
？ Equally?important?is?extensive?knowledge?of?local?legal?legislation?on?health?and?safety?in?the?work?place.
？ Project?management?and?experience?in?small?packaging?lines?(sachets)?are?a?plus
