1. 負(fù)責(zé)用戶的IT支持,與用戶和服務(wù)供應(yīng)商(Unisys)緊密協(xié)作來識(shí)別和解決IT事件與所有可用的技術(shù),包括硬件,軟件和外圍設(shè)備。確保向業(yè)務(wù)部門承諾的服務(wù)級(jí)別已被交付。?
Be?responsible?for?user?IT?support,?work?with?user?and?service?provider?(Unisys)?to?identify?and?resolve?IT?issue?with?all?available?technology?including?hardware,?software,?and?peripherals.?Ensure?the?delivery?of?agreed?service?level?with?the?business.?
2. 作為業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用支持的本地聯(lián)絡(luò)人和協(xié)調(diào)人,包括但不限于ERP(M3),生產(chǎn)自動(dòng)機(jī)系統(tǒng)。?通過與業(yè)務(wù)用戶和內(nèi)部/專家團(tuán)隊(duì)之間的有效協(xié)調(diào),確保溝通順暢,及時(shí)解決問題。作為本地的系統(tǒng)專家及培訓(xùn)員,需深入理解系統(tǒng)邏輯及業(yè)務(wù)需求,從而培訓(xùn)并幫助本地用戶提升系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用水平。
Be?the?local?point?of?contact?and?coordinator?for?business?application?support,?including?but?not?limited?to?ERP?(M3),?Production?Automaton?System.?Ensure?smooth?communication?and?prompt?resolution?by?strong?coordination?between?business?users?and?internal/expert?resolvers.
Enhance?usage?of?business?applications,?with?deep?understanding?of?business?requirement,?identification?of?business?improvement?opportunities,?and?utilization?of?such?opportunities?in?systems
Act?as?local?trainer?to?new?users
3. IT預(yù)算及費(fèi)用管理:對(duì)IT預(yù)算進(jìn)行密切跟蹤及管理,確保實(shí)現(xiàn)公司規(guī)定的KPI指標(biāo)。

4. 項(xiàng)目管理及支持:?支持并執(zhí)行IT相關(guān)項(xiàng)目,在不同的項(xiàng)目中可能承擔(dān)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理,本地項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理,或者項(xiàng)目本地協(xié)調(diào)人等角色。同時(shí)在有需求或者機(jī)會(huì)時(shí),向本地管理層建議并發(fā)起IT相關(guān)項(xiàng)目。

5. 負(fù)責(zé)用戶IT培訓(xùn),分析用戶培訓(xùn)需求,準(zhǔn)備培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容及對(duì)用戶進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)。
Be?responsible?for?user?IT?training,?analyzes?training?needs,?prepare?and?conduct?training?for?user.
6. 與供應(yīng)商緊密工作,確保公司網(wǎng)絡(luò)和電話線路運(yùn)行平穩(wěn),確保線路高可用性和穩(wěn)定。
Work?with?supplier?for?smooth?operation?of?office?WAN?and?telephony?lines;?ensure?a?high?availability?and?stability.
7. 與全球IT團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密工作,對(duì)公司IT基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施提供不間斷的技術(shù)支持,包括思科路由器,思科交換機(jī),無線設(shè)備,語音程控交換機(jī),視頻會(huì)議系統(tǒng),服務(wù)器等。確保一個(gè)穩(wěn)定,高可用性的IT環(huán)境。
Work?with?global?team?to?provide?continuous?support?for?company?infra?equipment,?including?Cisco?route,?Cisco?switch,?Wi-Fi?device,?PABX,?video?conference,?server,?etc.??Ensure?a?stable?working?environment?and?high?availability.?
8. 負(fù)責(zé)北京辦公室及工廠的IT合規(guī)工作,與服務(wù)提供商合作找出問題并提供解決方案。
Be?responsible?for?IT?compliance?in?Beijing?office?and?Beijing?plant,?work?with?service?supplier?to?figure?out?the?issue?and?fix.?
9. 與本地用戶保持良好溝通,負(fù)責(zé)本地用戶的IT期望管理和滿意度管理。

10. 與其他團(tuán)隊(duì)合作進(jìn)行服務(wù)器故障切割測(cè)試和服務(wù)器備份管理。

11. 負(fù)責(zé)日常IT資產(chǎn)管理
Responsible?for?day-to-day?IT?asset?management.
12. 輔助部門經(jīng)理,協(xié)助IT相關(guān)采購和費(fèi)用管理
Assist?manager?for?IT?related?purchase?and?expense?management.
13. 定期或按照客戶需求提供及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確的IT服務(wù)運(yùn)維報(bào)告。
Provide?timely?and?accurate?IT?service?performance?report?on?regular?and?ad?hoc?basis.
任職要求?Requirements:
? 本科及以上學(xué)歷,計(jì)算機(jī)或相關(guān)專業(yè)。
Bachelor?degree?or?above,?majoring?in?computer?science?or?related?field;?
? 良好的服務(wù)意識(shí)及結(jié)果導(dǎo)向,3年以上外企(制造業(yè)企業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮)業(yè)務(wù)IT類技術(shù)支持、客戶服務(wù)類工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Service?oriented?and?result?driven,?3+?years’?experience?in?business?IT?support?or?customer?IT?service?related?work?in?foreign?company?(Manufacturing?environment?is?preferred).
? 熟練掌握Windows7/win10和Office?365產(chǎn)品支持。
Solid?experience?on?Windows?7/win?10?and?office?365?support.?
? 熟悉Dell服務(wù)器、Cisco網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備支持及具有基本布線知識(shí)
Familiar?with?Dell?server?and?Cisco?network?device?support.?With?basic?cabling?knowledge.
? 有支持ERP系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。深入理解企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)流程和系統(tǒng)邏輯,并能很好的通過專業(yè)只是進(jìn)行整合。了解M3系統(tǒng)或有ERP項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)將是一個(gè)加分。
