Responsibilities:
? Lead?cross-functional?team?to?deliver?product?from?NPI?to?mass?production
? Lead?project?team?in?meeting,conference?call,etc.?with?customer
? Interact?and?highlight?program?risk?to?customer-scope,schedule?and?cost.
? Plan?and?proactively?monitor?program?schedules?to?meet?the?project?deliverables
? Manage?customer?relationship?and?to?ensure?that?customer?needs?and?requirement?are?met
? Organize?internal?meetings,discussion?etc.?to?address?issues?which?will?affect?programs?deliverables
? Manage?project?budgets?in?terms?of?NPI?material?expense?issues?and?recovery?of?non?–recurrent?engineering?expenses
? Handling?daily?communication?with?customer?to?get?customer’s?routine?forecast?and?purchase?order?information?in?time
? Forecast?company’s?sale?revenue?in?monthly,?quarterly?and?annual?basis?base?on?the?customer?demand?and?factory?material?and?capacity?readiness?and?periodically?review?this?business?forecast?with?management?level
? Responsible?for?customer?demand?data?entry?into?ERP?system?timely?and?regularly?for?company?material?and?manufacturing?capacity?planning?and?execution
? Responsible?for?dealing?with?customer?demand?change?including?forecast?change,delivery?reschedule,drop?in?demand?etc.?to?make?sure?the?operational?function?are?clearly?aware?and?understand?customer’s?business?model?and?expectation?and?driving?all?resource?to?meet?customer?requirement
? Closely?monitoring?the?overall?operational?process?to?effectively?fix?and/or?escalate?to?senior?management?for?any?abnormal?issue?happened?in?customer?order?fulfillment?process?to?make?sure?a?perfect?On?Time?Delivery?performance
? Regularly?communication?with?customer?to?clearly?update?all?delivery?schedule?and?rescheule,gating?items?issue?and?effective?action?plan?to?fulfill?customer?demand
? Follow?up?on?logistic?flow?to?ensure?all?shipped?product?dock?to?customer?door?is?on?committed?schedule
? Managing?the?quotation?and?selling?price?under?the?management’s?instruction?and?direction
? Maintains?accurate?records?of?all?pricings,?sales,?and?activity?reports
? Assists?in?the?development?and?implementation?of?marketing?plans?as?needed
? Drive?growth?and?partnerships?with?customers,?able?to?win?confidence?and?build?rapport?with?customers
? Build?and?maintain?contact?with?all?customers?to?ensure?high?level?of?customer?satisfaction
? Identify?technical?issues?by?demonstrating?proven?project?management?methodology
Requirements:
? Preferably?bachelor?or?above?degree?in?Engineering?or?Business?Management
? A?background?that?demonstrates?a?successful?record?within?EMS?environment?with?an?ability?to?build?significant?customer?relationships,?influence?and?deliver?results
? Minimum?8?to?10?years’?experience?in?managing?OEM/ODM?projects?in?EMS?environment
? Good?command?of?English?with?good?presentation?and?interpersonal?skills
? A?hands?on?approach?and?the?ability?to?manage?cross-functional?team
? Multi-tasking?and?able?to?sustain?pressure?and?cope?with?fast-paced?environment
? Able?to?work?independently?but?equally?a?good?team?player
