本職位要求：
-?中英文說寫流利。這個職位需要廣泛地用英語與美國總部的財會團隊進行溝通。
-?對每一筆財務來往進行精準的計算、分類和記錄。
-?檢核數(shù)字、入賬和文件，以確保條目的準確性。
-?將信息資料與交易往來形成財務報告，包括相關(guān)的現(xiàn)金收入、支出、應付賬款和應收款等。
-?協(xié)助福利與行政、員工關(guān)系管理、培訓、績效管理、招聘事務、政策修訂與執(zhí)行。
-?良好的溝通和組織能力。
-?善于管理時間，嚴格把握任務期限。
-?關(guān)注細節(jié)。
-?具有團隊合作精神，適應快速高效的工作環(huán)境。
身體要求：
本職位需要在辦公環(huán)境中久坐；同時在進行一些文本工作時需要搬運文件、彎腰或站在登高物上打開文件柜，以及需要使用其他辦公設備。
