工程部土建工程師崗位職責(zé)
Candidates?shall?have?solid?basic?knowledge?of?this?major?and?rich?experiences?on?site,?finish?management?work?within?his?responsibility?range?and?strengthen?communication?with?the?client,?project?management?company,?Jian?Li?and?engineering?unit?and?ensure?that?construction?tasks?can?be?finished?following?the?time?schedule?with?guaranteed?quality?&?controlled?cost.
對(duì)本專業(yè)有較為扎實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和豐富的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，在公司及部門經(jīng)理的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，完成職責(zé)分工范圍內(nèi)的管理工作，加強(qiáng)與業(yè)主、管理公司、監(jiān)理及工程單位的管理溝通，保證按計(jì)劃、保質(zhì)量、成本受控地完成施工任務(wù)。
1. According?to?the?internal?division?of?labor?on?project,?learn?the?materials?varieties?&?fabrication?methods?based?on?the?project?delivery?standards;?assist?the?company?to?complete?supplier?qualification?review,?materials?fabrication?and?implementation?of?materials?supply?and?so?on.?Under?the?premise?of?fulfilling?the?specification?and?relevant?operating?requirement,?optimize?&?refine?for?specific?methods?on?all?the?procedures?of?this?major?to?clear?the?details?of?the?practice,?reduce?the?investment?and?control?the?cost.?Review?the?relevant?drawings?of?the?project,?take?part?in?the?construction?plan?and?construction?scheme,?join?in?the?drawing?up,?proofreading?and?auditing?of?the?schedule,?carry?out?calculation?of?construction?work?quantity?and?attend?the?bidding?procedures,?design?&?drawings?review.
按照工程內(nèi)部分工，依據(jù)項(xiàng)目工程的交付標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，了解市場(chǎng)相關(guān)成品配套材料的品種與做法,?協(xié)助公司做好供應(yīng)商的資質(zhì)審查，加工材料、物資供應(yīng)落實(shí)等有關(guān)工作。在滿足規(guī)范和有關(guān)使用要求的前提下，對(duì)本專業(yè)的具體做法進(jìn)行全程優(yōu)化和細(xì)化，達(dá)到明確細(xì)部做法、減小投資和控制成本的目的。審閱有關(guān)工程項(xiàng)目的圖紙資料，參與施工組織設(shè)計(jì)和施工技術(shù)方案、進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的編制、校對(duì)、審核工作，進(jìn)行工程量的計(jì)算，參加招投標(biāo)和設(shè)計(jì)交底、圖紙會(huì)審工作。
2. Enter?the?construction?site,?inspect?the?construction?process,?quality?and?technology?according?to?the?design?&?construction?and?acceptance?standard,?the?drawings?and?requirement?of?construction?organization?design,?Supervise?the?construction?of?subcontract?unit?according?to?the?schedule?and?attend?the?arrangement?of?schedule;?inspect?the?construction?materials,?component,?products?and?equipment?on?site;?carry?out?the?quality?tracing?and?take?part?in?the?VO?on?the?important?divisions?&?sub-projects?and?hidden?works;?find?out?problems,?adjust?and?offer?treatment?in?time.?Take?part?in?the?research?and?discussion?of?relevant?technical?problems?for?construction?site,?offer?your?opinions?and?suggestions?on?treatment?and?solution?and?take?reasonable?treatment.
進(jìn)駐項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，按設(shè)計(jì)、施工及驗(yàn)收規(guī)范、圖紙以及施工組織設(shè)計(jì)的要求檢查施工進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量和施工工藝，監(jiān)督分包單位按計(jì)劃組織施工，參與進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的安排；檢查現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工材料、構(gòu)件、制品和設(shè)備；對(duì)建設(shè)工程重要的分部和分項(xiàng)工程、隱蔽工程進(jìn)行質(zhì)量跟蹤管理并參與簽證；發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題及時(shí)調(diào)整和處理。參與施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)有關(guān)技術(shù)問(wèn)題的研究討論，對(duì)處理意見和解決辦法提出看法和建議，并進(jìn)行合理的處置。
3. Coordinate?and?follow?up?the?application,?detection,?certification,?acceptance?and?relevant?work;?participate?in?acceptance?of?important?procedures&?positions;?assist?the?relevant?person?to?do?the?collecting,?sorting,?filing?and?submitting?of?project?information.
協(xié)同、跟進(jìn)辦理與本專業(yè)有關(guān)的報(bào)建、檢測(cè)、認(rèn)證、驗(yàn)收等相關(guān)工作；參加重要工序、部位的驗(yàn)收以及項(xiàng)目工程竣工驗(yàn)收；協(xié)助相關(guān)人員做好工程項(xiàng)目資料的收集、整理、歸檔、報(bào)送工作。
4. Assist?the?safety?dept?to?do?the?safety?management,?civilized?construction?and?standardized?management?and?other?work,?find?out?the?problems?and?put?forward?the?improvement?advice?and?relevant?suggestions?actively.
協(xié)助安全部門做好現(xiàn)場(chǎng)職責(zé)范圍內(nèi)安全管理和文明施工、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理等各項(xiàng)工作，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題并積極提出改進(jìn)意見和有關(guān)建議。
5. Other?assigned?works?from?the?company?and?leaders.
完成公司及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。
月薪范圍是6000元-18000元，根據(jù)應(yīng)聘者的資歷和經(jīng)驗(yàn)而定。
